My family and I lived above this beach for two years 1982 - 1984, while serving with the Canadian Military at Daniels Head, Somerset BERMUDA. We used this beach each and everyday that was possible. I have not been back since that time, plan a trip very soon, the people of Bermuda are the nicest people to meet, very friendly... More

This beach is very nice, especially during the sunset. Apparently is one of the best sunset in Bermuda. Above the beach there is a monument on the hill which is worth to see during the sunset.

We recently visited this beach, my husband, our 3 and 5 year old and I and loved it. I had not explored this beach since I was a child so happy to be back to see the natural beautify of this place. The beach is small but not many people tend to go so it feels quite private. There are... More

I wouldn't recommend this beach to tourists., mind you the beaches in Bermuda are beautiful, this one is great for family gatherings on the grass area above the beach.

We had this beach to ourselves for a couple of hours. Its a tiny beach with calm waters. Hidden but worth trying to find. It was low tide while we were there, I would guess at high tide there isn't much beach.

Quiet and quite secluded but so nice. When we went there was only one other person there. So clean so quiet and chrystal clear water.

Small, less well know beach. Secluded. Steep climb down to the small alcove. Beautiful scenery. Best to moped here. Pack a lunch or snack!

I really liked this beach because it wasn't busy with tons of people and it had a super big sand bar that goes to Pompano. Walk north of the main beach and you will see what I'm saying. It was fun to swim by ourselves with the sandy bottom. The main area would be good for kids or if you... More

West Whale Bay Beach is small but packed with good swimming and a sunset to die for. This is a favorite spot for locals, which makes for great conversations.

This beach is not a common tourist spot and is usually pretty empty. It has a large park/open grassy area attached to it that is great for kids to run around. You walk down a short, easy path to get to the beach which is secluded and just beautiful. If you do go, MAKE SURE to check the tides since... More
