Port Royal, one of the world's top public golf courses is a "must" for golfers visiting Bermuda. This track comes replete with killer ocean vistas, and killer roughs of a thick turf aptly named for this Atlantic archipelago. Best to keep your ball in play or bring an ample supply as the native Bermuda grass will devour balls that don't... More

The course was in beautiful shape. The rough was murderous, you could drop your ball at your feet and not find it! Awesome. The course is fair and can be played by any level golfer. The scenery is amazing and is one of the most beautiful courses around. The rates at $100 per golfer on Monday cant be beat! We... More

Great golf course. The first 6 holes are inland, but once you get to the 7th hole, it's outstanding. The views are spectacular. Worth a visit.

On September 11, 2014 I had the oppurtunity to visit the Bella Vista Grill for an evening dinner. It was a spectecular view of the sunset, with good music, great service and immaculate food. I left there full and in my glory and will definitely eat there again. I don't know what was better, the Seafood Raviloi or the Tiramisu... More

The course has open fairways and is a bit hilly, but the star is the ocean views, particularly on holes 8, 15 and 16. Be sure to bring your camera to capture the views.

This course is just a pleasure to play. I've been to Bandon, Whistler etc. and this is the most beautiful course I have ever seen. The layout is challenging but fair if you can keep your eyes off of the scenery. A must play if you are in the neighborhood. .

We played Port Royal today with fellow cruisers. The first few holes were humbling and lost a few balls. However, if you keep in the fairway, and focus, the course is fair. Not a lot of roll in the morning because of the dew, and humidity is like a Bikram Yoga class. There are breathtaking views of crystal blue ocean... More

I have been playing golf since I was very young and have played on courses all over the US and Caribbean. Port Royal is the nicest course I have ever played on. The staff was very knowledgeable and polite. They did a great job of making sure the pace of play was fast without nagging the golfers. The course itself... More

You're never going to see another course with views like this! Bring your camera when you play here - 8, 9, 15 and 16 are so close to the ocean. Obvious why the PGA comes here every October for Grand Slam.

This is simply a wonderful course. There is literally not one bad hole - a very rare thing - and several truly memorable holes, including two that run parallel to the ocean. Like most Robert Trent Jones courses, you are rewarded for taking risks and making good shots and punished harshly for bad shots. The bunkering and use of elevation... More
