We visited this beach while on our cruise. We purchased 4 bus tokens right off the boat and caught the bus, no problem. Once we got to Horseshoe Bay, we walked down hill to the beach. Amazing! Breathtaking! We climbed the rock and then went further down the beach (to the left past/thru the rocks) to total privacy. The water... More

The beach was very crowded. A beautiful beach. It is quite a hike from the main road. It is worth the $2.00 shuttle bus back to the bus stop. The public transportation system is great.

Loved swimming in the coves and climbing up the cliffs. Not too steep. Chairs, Umbrellas and food were available to buy there too.

The beach was awesome! The transporation was the problem. We used Full Armour Xpress to drive us over. The owner was Ms. Juanita Jones, and though very personable, she is a con artist who promised us one price to drive roundtrip, then knowing we had to be back on the cruise ship, she told us she wanted more money. We... More

Everyone says you have to go to Horseshoe Bay while you are in Bermuda, and they are correct. Yes it is the most popular tourist spot, and yes it gets very crowded but if you get there early enough you can get a perfect seat to enjoy the sand and amazing view of the water. Tip: Take a taxi from... More

Such a beautiful place, but gets very crowded mud morning! Umbrellas, and chairs are 11.00 each. If you take the bus, you can get a ride for 2.00 back up to the top of the hill!

Public beach & very crowded! Our beach was much nicer right next door at the Fairmont. The caves were cool, but I wouldn't go there if you are staying on the island.

Took the bus from the cruise port to check out Bermuda's beautiful pink sand beaches. The sand didn't really look that pink the day that we were there but we walked along the beach & enjoyed the water! This beach is beautiful! We took the shuttle back to the top of the hill & that was well worth it! Didn't... More

We went to horseshoe beach twice during our stay in Bermuda. They have vendors for chairs and umbrella's, just keep your receipt to get your deposit back. Like other reviewers have mentioned go further down the beach to the left to avoid the big crowds. We spent about 5-6 hours there both times. We crossed one item off our bucket... More

We came here by local bus on our first day of our cruise, after jet skiing. The beach is very easy to get to, so don't bother with a taxi. On arrival, you can take a local shuttle for $2 to get down to the beach, or walk for only two minutes. The walk down to the beach was fairly... More
