my cousin was here in October and introduced me to this nearby 'find'. we spent a delightful time picking through bits of crockery and (mostly green) glass that she tells me for some reason are commonly thrown up on this pretty beach with stunning views. I'd hate to see it become too 'touristy', but figure that it is rare individuals... More

As indicated in other review, this is not in Hamilton but about a mile outside of the Dockyard across the street from the cemetery.....amazing amounts of glass, even at high tide!!! Definitely worth a stop on a return back to the cruise ships. More

This small beach, not suited for sunbathing or swimming, is over flowing with sanded sea glass. It is not in Hamilton direct though, but about a 30 minute walk from the Royal Navy Dockyard, where our ship was moored.
