We went straight here when we arrived for our 12 day stay and the lady who helped us was very knowledgeable. She told us about many of the places to visit, public transport tips, restaurant recommendations and a general overview of the whole island and what was happening during our visit.

We dropped in the visitor' information centre and was given a brochure "uncover the arts". There's lots of activities in the brochure for each day of the week around the island and the majority of activities are free. Unfortunately these activities are only available until the end of March. Also you can pick up maps, bus and ferry schedules and... More

If you're new to Hamilton, and not sure where to go and what to do, this facility will help clarify your daily or weekly plans. They answer all sorts of questions, and will point you where to go. They're by the ferry dock in Hamilton, and after going to Bermuda for over 40 years, I still have a road or... More

Our first stop in Bermuda was the Visitor's Center. We'd done a lot of research for this first-time visit to Bermuda - and now wanted up-to-date info and suggestions for our month long stay. The woman was very friendly and provided us with a wealth of information. She picked out the most helpful maps and brochures and asked us what... More

The lady here pointed us to the glass bottom boat trip which we loved so that's all you can ask really? Also suggested the fort and we came across a lovely Scottish Bag pipe performance as well. Great work.

The advice that we were given here was extremely helpful and certainly took us to a couple of events which we might not otherwise have noticed. The tourist office is on one side of an excellent cafe, run by very amusing ladies, which sells coffee, cake and sandwiches, for consumption there or to be taken away. It is on Front... More

We came away with a perfect plan for our four day stay, including free tours, and bus and ferry schedules for getting around. Good written materials and friendly staff.
