I lived on the island for 2 years. The people friendly, lovely beaches with no surf, great water activities. Main transport is moped. Big ex-pat population. Hop skip and a jump to N.Y.

I have done this tour twice now and I have recommended it to both family and friends on their visits to Bermuda, all of whom have had an absolutely brilliant time! Sonny is an informative and funny tour guide, and getting out to the shipwrecks is quick giving you plenty of time in the water to explore. I will continue... More

My daughter and I had made reservations on another snorkeling trip but made a mistake on the time and missed it. The snorkeling company hooked us up with Sonny. My daughter and I were the only ones on the boat besides Sonny and his "first mate". We loved the personalized tour. He gave us a lot of history of Bermuda... More

Capt Sonny runs a small snorkel / dive outfit that allows you an easy, flexible and personal experience. As a native Bermudian, seasoned captain and water-lover, he is the perfect guide. I learned much about the history of the island, the ecological and wildlife concerns and much more. We ended up going out on a breezy day, so we stayed... More

We enjoyed some great time on board a catamaran, unfortunately the weather wasn't the best that day, but we still had a chance to enjoy snorkeling and watch some of underwater life. The captain was very informative and professional. Next day we went to another beach with better weather that day and we were able to snorkel once again, but... More

We spent the better part of a day at the beach and snorkel park at King's Wharf. Overall it was a fun day for our teenagers and ourselves. We did it as an excursion from the Celebrity Summit cruise ship for ~$55 per person, but in retrospect, we probably would have done better doing it ourselves because the windy weather... More

Went out with Captain Sonny on July 31 while on cruise vacation. He is extremely professional and and informative. You could book the tour that takes you to the aqaurium or you could go out with Captain Sonny and actually learn about the enviorment you are visiting (ask him about how parrot fish contribute to beach formation). Sonny is an... More

We went to Snorkel Beach on our last day aboard the Breakaway. My husband is recuperating from a broken leg and the little train that goes through the King's Warf Dockyard drops you off very near by the entrance to the beach. The beach is a little crowded but there were plenty of chairs for everyone. We chose the plastic... More

Sonny took our group of five out on a day in which he was unsure whether the wind would make for a bad snorkel. He gave us all of the information about our choices and let us pick which was best for us. When we decided on the shipwreck despite the risk, he took us out and explained the shipwrecks... More

We just returned from Bermuda where we snorkeled with Sonny, who runs Snorkel Bermuda. We have snorkeled with him in the past when we have visited the island. He is a wonderful guide who takes you to the best snorkel sites. This year we were able to go to the wrecks since the weather was clear and the water was... More
