The casino had the friendliest staff we've met in all of the casinos we've visited. All the others handed us instructions on how to use our players cards and access the points loaded on it. We were on our own to figure it out - and not always successfully. The woman behind the desk here came out and actually showed... More

Great place if you are a loner, want to buy drugs, or want feel depressed for a while. It feels like a dive bar with casino slots, poker tables, and a few blackjack, roulette, craps, etc tables. Horrible service and casino staff with poor attitudes. Stay far way from this place. Just got back from this casino and I need... More

Sir, Although I do appreciate your candid and honest response, I believe that there should be some clarification to one of your comments, under no circumstances do we permit the use of drugs in our Casino nor on or property and as per our conversation, this occurred off property in an area that unfortunately we can not manage. I am... More

I always liked this casino but was disappointed this trip. They say tables are open at 4:00 but their was only one table open at 5:00 and it was full. I checked back later and still no additional tables open. I had picked up a new players card but never bothered. To play. My husband stated and played the slots... More

Dear guest, I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed on this trip. As we are a Sun Destination Casino, we do open limited tables at 4pm and the balance open at 6. This is a common practice on the Island in the majority of the Casinos and has been like that here for quite some time. Glad to... More

There was much to do at the Radisson hotel and the beach was amazing. The downside - there was no dresser in our room, just armoire with a few shelves (not enough for two people) and the bathroom had no hooks for hanging anything or a counter for placing your items out. We ended up having to keep bathroom items... More

This place is disgusting and it's because of the staff. The island is home to some of the kindest, happiest people in the world, however, the casino staff attitude here is atrocious. Pushy dealers and bully pit bosses made for an awful experience. Go ANYWHERE ELSE. Will never return to this hell hole.

Very smoky, but it is a beautiful hotel. I waited quite sometime for a soda from the waitress, but in her defense, it was quite busy. I also did not care for the way the casino was set up- like a rabbit warren, I prefer a more open playing area.

I stayed at this hotel and we visited the casino and walked through it a few times. It reminds me of dodgy casinos in the UK. Smokey places with not much going on - just people ramming money into machines and few people at the tables. Boring.

This was our third stay at the Radisson and the casino is much improved. The tables appear to have been redone and the drink service has been updated to include alcohol (last year it was not complimentary) BUT if your serious about black jack stay away. The dealer hits on soft 17 and most tables have automatic shuffle (like most... More

Neither too big nor too small, the Radission Aruba Casino is very comfortable. Slots and table games galore. We played the slots in the entrance foyer and found them to be a lot of fun for hours of give and take. Walked away with cash every day!
