I am very well traveled and although I am NOT a big gambler I enjoy adding a Casino Visit on all my trips. My experience in this Casino, would not entice me to go back. Too many penny slots, really very low payouts , low progressives , and very few tables that were open and we were there on the... More

The overall facilities are lovely but the staff were not very friendly. We wanted to ask a few questions and were greeted by stiff faces.

Stuck to blackjack & slots. Did better more often than not. Cocktail waitresses were around as often as in Vegas. Only complaint is some of the dealers had zero emotion and didn't communicate with the guests at all. They actually spent more time talking to the pit boss.

Not very good paying machines. Lost my money way too fast. Hardly anyone there and only offered one drink. No bonuses here.

I am not a big casino goer but liked the fact that the hotel does include a casino. It's a nice plus for guests who enjoy something extra to do. I did however enjoy bingo by the pool each afternoon. A lot of fun for all ages. Back to the casino, I noticed that for the penny machines you can... More

Had a lot of fun playing the slot machines. Too many smokers, wish there was a specific place for them to smoke. Too few opportunities to win.

While its more than hard to find a decent crapps table in Aruba, stay away from the table at the Hyatt. They do not pay the same payouts you get in Vegas and, in my opinion, the dice are not weighted evenly. Nobody over several nights ever rolled more than 7-8 times before a 7 rolled. I know...sounds like sour... More

Our first five years of visiting Aruba, we stayed at the Hyatt. They have the best grounds on the island. The Casino is the only one we like. Has the best people, games and never disappoints! Love the people and service there, rooms are decent, but no balconies.
