We have returned from two weeks vacation at the Marriott Aruba Surf Club in early November and I have been trying for the past two weeks to resolve an issue with DePalm Tours, which is one of the companies contracted by Marriott at the Aruba Surf Club to conduct tours and transportation of guests while in that country, but they... more

We were booked at the desk of our hotel for an afternoon tour of the island- "Discover aruba." We showed up in the lobby of our hotel, and waited, and waited, and waited. We called the company- there was no such tour on Sundays! In our attempt to salvage the last day of our vacation, we booked a snorkeling afternoon... more

We took a bus, along with a bunch of other people, from our resort in the downtown area, to the beach. Then we boarded a beautiful catamaran. We booked the De Palm Dinner Cruise in Aruba for a nice cruise and dinner on the beach. It was a 1.5 hour cruise which was very nice. Captain went out of his way to show things and stage for sunset photo op. We were told that after dinner we would take a ferry to a bus for a ride... more

We took a Sunset Cruise with De Palm during April of 2009. They advertised free drinks and food/snacks. I must say that there was enough free drinks (cheap stuff), but not enough food - about 10% of those on the Cruise did not get any food/snacks. When I voiced my concern about this in an e-mail, I never got a... more

March 15, 2009: My family of 5, three kids, ages 9, 7, and 4 took the all day excursion on DePalm's Island Tour. We left our hotel at 9:30 a.m. on a large bus, picked up more guests at other hotels along the way, rode a very short ferry ride and arrived on DePalm Island by 10:45ish. My kids really... more

My wife and took the De Palm Tours "Island Tour 100A" as part of a four hour tour off of the Emerald Princess in mid January 2009. We were on bus 115 and the driver narrated and drove for the entire tour. We were scheduled to visit the California lighthouse but when we got in sight of it, he turned... more
