Stayed at Renaissance Marriott in Orangestad. Booked a 1tank shore dive off of the resorts private island at 0900. With delays in lack of support staff we didn't touch water until 1030. The DM coulnt reach any support staff or the owner for support so we could either cancel, go by ourselves or keep waiting. Just when we decided to... More

Awful, just awful. We dove with them through our cruise ship. The dive masters and captain were all very unfriendly, not willing to help and if you asked for help they acted like you were annoying them. Two people on our dive were under-weighted and the dive masters left without making sure they got down. One came by and handed... More

We booked our dives through the cruise ship so we were not sure who the dive company was, but I do not think we would dive with this group again. It was nice to get off the cruise ship and get right onto the dive boat, but it left about 45 minutes after the meeting time. The dive masters were... More

We booked the morning snorkle and lunch cruise from our resort, La Cabana, where Red Sail has a small store at the pool. The cruise departs from the Hyatt at Palm Beach. I understand that they will send transportation, but we had our own car. We had used Red Sail in Grand Cayman previously, and were confident in the service... More

I am an advanced PADI diver and my husband and 25 year old daughter did the resort dive course. We hired Urny as our private dive instructor for the resort dive and a second wreck dive. I can't say enough good things about this company or Urney!!!! My family felt completely safe and comfortable and as a diver since 1991,... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our morning snorkel tour on the Fiesta. The crew was friendly and very helpful, really made the trip a memorable experience. Three stops for pretty good snorkeling, great food and great open-bar. Thank you for a wonderful trip - highly recommend

We had a terrific, romantic cruise at sunset with Red Sail Sports. We would definitely recommend this cruise, particularly for couples who would prefer a more mature environment compared to the daytime snorkeling cruises of this and other companies. Drinks were available without limit, the crew was polite and cheerful, and the "snacks" offered were pretty good too. It was... More

Red Sail was a great outfitter for a number of activities on our trip. The diving was great with new equipment and good dive masters...including guiding the resort divers. However, Nitrox is only available if ordered 2+ days in advance and not everyone booking for their operations is aware of that. We also did a snorkel sail and a caribbean... More

Red Sail sports has a new toy called the Hoverboard. What a blast. It's essentially a boogie board powered through a hose by a jet ski. This toy will skim the water surface or fly through the air. I float like a cork so it took some time to master getting up, but once I figured out how to do... More

We wanted to go on a sunset cruise and after looking at several of them picked this one. It was a two hour cruise that didn't include dinner. It did include as much as you wanted to drink plus a few appetizers. The dock was on the beach right behind the Hyatt on Palm Beach. We were told to be... More
