We really enjoyed the Red Sail team, except for the fact that our dives were cut to just 45 min. each dive. We are advanced divers and had enough air to stay down a bit longer but were never given the chance too. All companies we've dove with always allowed us to stay down a bit longer. We felt rushed... My husband, daughter and I booked the afternoon snorkeling excursion online before heading to Aruba. The crew was amazing, and we had an absolute blast. Would do this same thing every year. Highly recommend over the bigger tours run by DePalm, etc.

These tours bring you to the same spots. What we liked about our experience was that the boat was not overly crowded. We pulled next to Jolly Party sail and their boat looked like standing room only. We also thought that the crew was attentive when we snorkeled at the wreck. Windy and heavy current. Lastly, they bartended the lot... More

We booked this tour via online and wish we booked it with de palm instead. My husband and I did the snorkeling to catalina bay and shipwreck. The captain was okay but his crew seemed very unprofessional and kept on flirting with young guest and not pay attention to the other guests swimming. We even saw one of them getting... More

Dear Guest, I am sorry you did not have a good time aboard the Catamaran due to the behavior of the crew. This kind of behavior is unaccepted and we will certainly investigate your observation. Thank you for taking time to review. Regards, Madeleine. More

What an experience with Red Sail Aruba scuba diving!! This was our first time scuba diving we did a small class in the morning in the pool then went out to the big pool aka ocean! Went on a great 25 foot dive to a ship wreak where we saw amazing fish and reef! So cool I am addicted

Dear Guest, Scuba diving is not an extreme sport the only skills you need are being able to swim and...breathing. When you reach the right dept you don't have to worry about anything- you can just enjoy the underwater views. I hope that we get to welcome you back on our boat soon. Sunny regards, Madeleine. Our family all dives and we have used Red Sail in a number of other locations and are never disappointed and we are thrilled that the Aruba branch lived up to the reputation! Booked a 6 dive package for our family of four and had a pleasant experience from reservations through to the dives. GREAT staff, especially Fritz, Yvette and... More

We booked this company for our snorkeling trip. We had a great time. They served us lunch and had an open bar. I had read before that the liquor is cheap and not strong, that is not true. They had awesome specialty drinks that were not weak in the least bit. The crew was friendly and very talkative.
