Three divers wanted to dive the Antilla wreck and the Arashi Reef. Since we were staying in Marriott's Aruba Surf Club, we decided to give Red Sails Sports Aruba a try. BIG MISTAKE !! Their representative there truly had no inclination toward customer service, and made it quite tedious to sign up for a two-tank dive. Their fee was $82... More

Dear guest, We truly apologize for your recent experience with Red Sail Sports. I am sorry that one of the divers had to spend some valuable vacation time and money to be able to show us the correct paperwork. The confusion about the location for the pick up and the minimum effort and services from our staff. I will certainly... More

We were very impressed by the Sunset Cruise we took with Red Sail. I would say the only reason I gave them a 4 out of 5 was that when we arrived at the dock at the time we were told to arrive there were half a dozen drunk islanders standing around the entrance to the dock and one was... More

This review is about the Red Sail Sports Shop located in the Marriott. Before I begin, the staff at the Red Sails Sport Shop at the Stellaris and Hyatt were extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the staff at the Red Sail shop at the Marriott was not. Guille has the worst attitude and should probably not be in a customer facing job.... More

The sales associate Guille was so rude during my first encounter with her I was surprised she is interacts with customers. As a trainer for a large company it is my responsibility to insure that customer facing employees understand that they represent the company and the foundation of customer loyalty is built on mutual respect, trust, and excellent customer service.... I was originally scheduled to scuba dive with Red Sail sports which was set up by our cruise line, but once at the counter to sign in for the dive I was told that since I had not dived in over a year I would have to take a refresher course $$$ before I went. I then asked to be... More

Dear Guest, I see that we did not fulfill your expectations. I'm sorry you have had this experience with us. Scuba Diving is not dangerous as long as a diver seeks thorough training, follows safe diving guidelines, uses proper gear and dives within his experience level. (Most) Certification Agencies suggest that divers periodically review course information under the the supervision... More

We went on a Morning luncheon snorkeling trip on a Catamaran and it was amazing! Staff were so friendly. Unlimited alcohol, there were snacks and buffet lunch provided. Absolutely a must do while in Aruba.

I first went to Aruba with my best friend in Nov 2011. I'm a certified diver, she is not. She took the resort course with RSS, and had such a great experience that when I returned last week with my 14 year old daughter, I wouldn't consider any other dive company. My daughter took the Discover Scuba Diving with Instructor... More

I guess there are a couple of different sunset cruises in Aruba, but we went on the Red Sail Sunset Cruise, which leaves at 5:30 from the Hyatt Pier. 3 of us, for $140.00 - so not worth it. There was only maybe ten people on board (not their fault), but we left, turned back because they forgot the "food".... More

My family was in Aruba for Thanksgiving week, and we were also there to celebrate my mother-in-laws 80th birthday. Weeks before arrival, we decided to charter a private catamaran with Red Sail Sports for a birthday dinner for my mother-in-law. When I contacted the company and told them I was interested in a private dinner sail for our family of... More

Nice clean boat with a good organized crew. Antilla wreck dive cancelled due to weather was understandable. Convair 400 airplane substituted but could not go near it. Obviously scuttled as an artificial reef and a draw for divers. Can't understand why they keep divers away from it. It is a wreck that should be utilized for exploration. Quickly taken to... More
