We got certified with Red Sail in 2004 in Aruba and because of the great experience then decided to dive with them again in 2007. At that time, the staff was disappointing with comments like "you are ceritfied, do it yourself" when we asked for help with the equipment. We attributed this to someone just having a bad day, and... Last week was our third time diving with red-sail in Aruba (2004, 2007, 2014). We are all certified divers in our group, however we only have the chance to dive a couple times every other year. Going in to the dive we were already a little nervous because on our last dive with red-sail a few years back we had... More

Their boat was small, and HOT! My husband got sick bc of the heat and thick wet suit on board. Wish boat was more open for air flow. Besides that, and the big wakes, the wreck dives were great to see. I got many fantastic pictures due to the clarity, but east caribbeans clarity is much better.

I have seen Jet Lev in St Maarten and on the bay outside AT&T Park in San Francisco and always wanted to try it. Saw an ad in the paper here so made an appointment for August 21. (I made the original reservation for August 19 and had to reschedule due to my wife's dive boat coming in late. They... More

I am a newly certified open water diver and myself and a friend went on a two tank dive with a personal guide, my guides name was Vicky. She was absolutely terrific. Being a new diver with no experience she made me feel extremely comfortable and put any reservation I had about diving to rest. Vicky was patient, offered advise... More

We set sail for a 3 hour tour that included two stops for snorkeling. First stop was Catalina Bay -- close to shore and lots of coral and fish. There were dozens of different varieties of fish, Big fish, little fish, red fish , blue flsh. We were her for about 45 minutes. The crew was great - they explained... More

Took an excursion from a cruise in August 2014. The staff and crew of Red Sail Sports were fantastic. Just the right balance between making sure everyone had fun and everyone was safe. Great snorkeling! Equipment was better than the average snorkel tour. I would recommend this company without reservation.

After a long break from diving I got re-certified at this base. Amazing staff and excellent instructors. Vicky and Karl are exceptional instructors for adults and junior divers alike; the entire staff (from shuttle driver to captain) is professional and courteous. The equipment is in good shape and the level of service is outstanding.

I booked the sunset cruise before we left for Aruba for Me, my wife and two teenagers; we arrived at the pier about 30 minutes before sail time. We had gotten the tickets from our voucher at the Marriott and they provided the release forms. So we had everything filled out so getting our boarding card was fast. Some people... More
