We were referred to Red Sail Sports by the Marriott and I am shocked the Marriott would suggest a company with such poor standards. We decided to book the Sunset Cruise. The boat was beautiful no complaints there and of course the sunset was breathtaking, but I was told it was going to be a party boat with passed hor... More

The so called Captain of the Catamaran (Richard as he said) was rude, abusive and was DRINKING VODKA while taking the cruise, with passengers on board. I witnessed the preparation of the drink, the sneaky delivery and him drinking it. The attraction was sold as bilingual. Captain refused to give instructions in Spanish regardless of being requested/demanded by some guests.... More

This is our recent experience with Red Sail Sports Aruba: We stayed at the Hyatt and chose to book through Red Sail Sports because of the convenience of their excursion desk located near the lobby. My husband and I booked two 8 tank dive packages (4 days of diving) which included a Red Sail Sports tshirt and Sunset Sail. It... More

We recently spent 2 weeks diving 19 times with Redsail in Aruba. The diving included multiple wrecks so for those who enjoy wreck dives, Aruba is for you. Redsail was a very professional operation from the booking staff (Kim) to the captains and dive masters. Our favourite guy was Leo the pick up driver who greeted us very day with... More

We took the 3-hour snorkeling tour from 2:00 - 5:00 pm. There were about 18 of us on the catamaran. Bar included mixed drinks and sodas. Snacks were a little beef roll and little bite sized pepperoni pizza. Plenty of party music. First stop we saw mostly coral and some gray fish, also one BIG starfish. That was cool! No... More

We purchased our snorkeling tickets a day prior to the activity. I have issues with sea sickness and asked the attendant about the size of the boat, waves, etc. She reassured me that it was the largest catamaran that they offer and they generally don't venture out too far from shore. They day of our trip I stepped on the... More

No beer or wine just mixed drinks so open bar is limited. too many people in the water fins everywhere not a relaxing snorkel for sure.... More

This was a great snorkel trip! We went to 3 sites, including a shipwreck. Plenty of fish to see. Calm waters. Good amount of time at each site. No snorkel instruction given, although I'm sure they would have given instructions if asked. The Captain gave good information on the sites we were visiting. The shipwreck was so cool! A guide... Had the BEST dive experience EVER...It had been awhile since my last dive and was very nervous and anxious but my dive master Fritz Hibbert went above and beyond! He worked with me to get my buoyancy right, patient to let me descend at a rate that was comfortable for me and making it so much fun. Never had a... More
