My wife and I did the afternoon session with this ship... and it is such a good time. The captains were very good at entertaining everybody. The booze isn't top shelf, but it loosens everyone up, and makes us all more social. The snorkeling was awesome... especially the 2nd spot. It's pretty cheap too, compared to everything else we did more

This is by far the best snorkeling I have ever done! We went to three different snorkeling sites. I didn't experience any grease from the ship wreck as mentioned by other reviewers. Actually that was the best part. The trip is such a bargain too. You are out snorkeling for 4-5 hours. 3 different sites, lunch and drinks are included.... more

We took a 4 1/2 hour tour that included three snorkeling locations, a hot lunch, rope swing, and alcoholic beverages. All of your equipment is included- snorkel, mask, fins, and life vest but you can also take your own to use. Just back from Aruba on 7/30/09 - this is a great way to spend a day. There are several options to charter a snorkel cruise in Aruba but none quite like this. I mean come on, how many times have you been on a pirate ship? My two young boys loved this trip and continue to rave about being pirates... more

Be forwarned that you may end up covered in grease, your swimsuits permanently ruined at the first snorkel site, the German Shipwreck. The grease comes up off the ship and fills the surrounding waters water. As soon as we jumped in, we were covered. You needn't even approach the ship to end up coated in a dark black slime. I just returned from Aruba (7/11-7/18/09) and would not do this particular excursion again. The snorkeling was not that great and the rope swing was not worth it. The most disappointing part of the Jolly Pirate experience was the snorkeling at the shipwreck...the crew knew about it, yet never told any of the passengers that there was a strong possibility... more

This was def the highlight of our trip! Enjoyed this very much. The people on board are sooo entertaining, and it's a great deal! You get unlimited drinks, 3 snorkel stops, and you get to rope swing into the ocean! Loved it! I went in the evening and it was nice watching the sun come down... more
