I'm an experience rider and so is my boyfriend. We had a fabulous time on the ride. We got a private tour because of our experience and we wanted to go a bit "faster" than a group tour would be. Well, it was fast! I was quite afraid at the beginning because I could not believe how bad the terrain... more

Some have commented on the "dangerous" ride to the ranch. We were picked up exactly on time. The road to the ranch is rough at the end, but there were no cliffs or hair pin turns and I never felt in any danger. The horses are well cared for. Feet in good shape. Stalls were clean with alfalfa and water... more

My husband and I were on our honeymoon in Aruba and were looking for a ranch that would really allow us to RIDE. We've been on horseback riding trips before, and are often disappointed because they consist of "walks" on less-than-spirited horses. Rancho Daimari had wonderful, spirited horses. We paid for a private tour, and the tour guide Javier was... more

We wanted to do horseback riding and asked around at the hotel. One guest recommended Rancho Daimari, so we booked a morning ride for a few days later. Driver picked us up at promised time. We were first ones on the shuttle bus, and he had to pick up others from 5 other hotels. Took about an hour to get... more

I've wanted to ride horseback on the beach for as long as I can remember, so I researched my options in Aruba pretty thoroughly before booking with Daimari by e-mail. On their end, they were fairly persistent in getting me to commit, which made me a little uncomfortable, but it was all good. We arrived at the Tamarijn on July... more

You really have to take their shuttle to the ranch. It is in a valley so steep that the shuttle van lurches on the way up. Yes, they get you on the horse or ATV. The problem is that they have the whole experience: THE SHUTTLE 1) the late shuttle without apology 2) the crowded shuttle, with multiple unexpected pickups... more

We had about 4 scheduled stops and a couple of unscheduled stops and he explained the history of each place we visited. We had a lot of... more

I was traveling with 2 other girl friends, and based on the review on this Ranch, we have decided to give horseback riding a try. We are complete novice, at the beginning of the beginner's level. We arranged the tour through the website/email address. You don't have to give your credit card information over the internet, but on the first... more

I did the ATV tour. It would have been a lot better if the guide was actually interested in being a guide. I think his name was Marvin. He rushed us along the entire tour and it was obvious he wanted to be somewhere else. Not very friendly until the tour was over and he was looking for a tip.... more
