Worth a nice stroll

This is somewhere to go just for a nice stroll around the gardens if you have an hour or two to spare and want somewhere to get away from it all.

A stroll through the Botanical Gardens at St. John's, Antigua is worth every moment of your time. What a breathtaking view of incredibly beautifully manicured tropical plants of every imaginable type.

For a while it was being neglected but it's growing back and has a fresh coat of paint. A great little attraction in the heart of Antigua and a great place to hold a wedding or a party. Check with the Ministry of Environmental affairs or ask any government office to put you in touch.

The Botanical Gardens have been abandoned. This is a huge shame and I urge the local authorities to sort it out. Not worth a visit.

Went on search of the Botanical Garden in April and was surprised to see it was more of a large park. We had the toughest time trying to find it! Even locals, police and a pedestrian didn't know where it was and they were walking right behind it! When we found the entrance we didn't go in as it looked... More
