They have lifts so you don't have to drag suitcases up stairs the hotel is centred near the cruise port and... More

We visited in the off season so the shops were real quiet. There is a good mix of stores but really just typical duty free ships: made in china souvenirs, clothes, liquor, etc. Not bad for a quick stop to grab some obligatory trinkets that say Antigua on them. The vendor mall which is on the side of Heritage Quay... More

Avoid this place when a ship arrives as it's hell, all designed to relieve passengers of there money with promises of bargains when in actual fact prices drop by 20% when the ship sails!remember to take passport and return flight number to purchase anything! locals are fantastic but there are some dubious characters around.

Visited Heritage Quays. Mixedbag of receptions by staff in the various shops. Some very helpful....whilst others could just about talk never mindget off chair. For a tourist spot not really impressed. Needs some vava vooom injected into staff and area.

This is about vendors mall. First learn to ignore. If you are being pressured..walk away. All the vendors have the same items at the same prices. If you get any kind of attitude..walk away. They need you way more than you need a souvenir made in china. If you are going to buy more than one item buy it from... More

We were here on a cruise ship visit. As soon as you come off the pier and through the security gates you see an orange wall of intimidating taxi drivers all vying for business waving maps in front of you. It is non-ending. They are aggressive and won't take no for an answer. The Quay is in poor condition and... More

A definite seedy tourist trap. But it does have cheap alcohol and cigarettes for those in need. There are no other bargains to be had and not worth the trip. Prices in local supermarkets are similar.
