This is the only zip line I've done so I have nothing to compare it to but it was a hell of a lot of fun. The staff is great and it is very safe. People of all ages have a blast.

First time zip lining and it was awesome. The staff made sure we were safe and that we had a great time. Very friendly people and overall just an incredible experience. I would recommend this place to anyone. Price was reasonable and even the pictures and the videos they take and sell afterwards are priced reasonably.

My wife and I booked this experience thru our hotel and were very pleased with the experience. As in other reviews stating some lines were short, I would have to agree however there were at least just as many long lines as short. Pros: Safety is very key at this establishment. Always checking harnesses and making sure everyone was tethered... More

My husband and I went here today. We did the 12+1 experience and it was awesome. So much so we almost went round a second time. The guides were all fab and it was such a great experience and we would totally do this again and would recommend to anyone visiting the island. I would suggest that it's worth checking... More

This is described as an exciting canopy tour. Is everything but that. The lines are incredibly short. There is one that is advertised as 328 feet. If it is its a short 328. The landing platforms are flat with boxes on them that cause you to have to lift your feet so high that you are way off balance when... More

We are sorry you had a disappointing experience and feel some of our safety standards and stated zip lengths are incorrect. Our tour and Rangers are inspected monthly by an ACCT inspector for safety standards. We have current certificates in place and our longest zip, which is measured annually, is and has always been 328 feet long. All walkways were... More

4 people aged 25-45. Only 1 person had done zip lining before and we did the 13 zip course. 1 person in our group had tendonitis in her arm and she was able to have a great time. The rangers were friendly and patient while you asked questions about the course or asked for repeat instructions. The instructions were thorough... More

I've been ziplining in Jamaica twice. This was not nearly as fun, but it was still a good time. A couple of the staff members seemed putout by us even being there. There was also a gentleman who only spoke Italian in our group and was by himself. He clearly was not understanding the initial instructions, but when this was... More
