You will not find a better dive operation. Rob and his wife Julie operate their Whaler with a max of 4 people (in addition to themselves). I have just spent the best time being trained by Rob Willsher the owner of Vigilant Divers in Road Bay .He is an extremely patient and entertaining PADI Master SCUBA Diver Trainer.
Rob and his lovely wife Julie,who is also Scuba qualified, have a fantastic 450 hp boat that gets you to the local dive sites very quickly and comfortably....
