The boat trip to Prickly Pear & Sandy Islands was a perfect day at sea. The atmosphere was very casual....12 people sitting along the side of the boat. We left around 9:30 in the morning, spent an hour 'cruise' to Prickly Pear Island. From there you could snorkel, walk around on the island, swim, lay out, do what you wish.... More

My husband and I took an afternoon trip with Captain Rollins. He is so friendly and accomodating. We went to Sandy Beach and went snorkeling which is definitely a must do. After we were done snorkeling, we took a sail around the area. It was exactly what we were looking for and had a wonderful time getting to know more... More

Perfect day. Captain Rollins was funny, nice, knowledgeable and took us on a great catamaran tour. He was very understanding about us not knowing how to swim. He asked if I wanted lessons. I said sure, in a pool, not the open ocean! LOL I would tour with him again. Loved his non nonsense demeanor. Lunch was fabulous. I had... More

I concur with all the great reviews. PP Cay is gorgeous and the lunch is delicious. My only 2 nit picks would be that the boat is small (if it had been at capacity with 12 people it would have felt really crowded) and uncomfy as there are no proper seats, other than those below deck where you'd surely get... Perfect day....got up and headed down to Sandy Ground for our day on “Chocolat”. I had reserved two tickets a week prior for us to go on Chocolat, a small catamaran that sails from Sandy Ground over to Prickly Pear for lunch/beach and Sandy Island. Captain Roland was very nice and his girlfriend (maybe wife) Jacqui (owns Ripples in Sandy... More

Put this on your MUST DO list for your Anguillan vacation. It is a GREAT time and the best bargain on the island. Call ahead to make your reservation. You board in Sandy Ground, the boat holds about 12-15 (I think). We had a great time meeting new friends. Captain Rollins is a wonderful and entertaining host while also making... More

Have done three seperate sailing tours with Capt. Rollins and will soon be doing our fourth. It is one of the hilights on our annual visit to Anguilla. Great scenery, fantastic rum punch and awesome day. Rollins Ruan treats you right and is a pleasure to sail with. More

The tour was amazing, and Captain Rollins was a great character. Take advantage of the snorkeling on Prickly Pear - the coral itself sustained some damage due to hurricanes but's there's still plenty of fish in the sea to look at! I have to say that the highlight, though, was the amazing customer service courtesy of his lovely wife (who... More

I've been to Anguilla 6 times. And 4 of those trips I've sailed with my sister, friends, and/or my boyfriend on Chocolate with Captain Rollin. And each year, all have agreed that it has been the highlight of our trip. One year, we even went out twice. We've gone as a regular booked rip, but we've also done two private... More

This day trip was recommended by our hotel. We were met at the dock by a cheerful Capt Rollins and his first mate and brought over to the boat. We visited two islands and had plenty of time to walk the beaches, snorkel or do whatever we wanted. Capt Rollins essentially let us set the pace for the day and... More
