Cove Bay is my favorite beach on Anguilla. A great view of St. Martin, quiet, secluded, and it is home to Smokey's on the Cove!
We spent two days here in June. It was extremely quiet, even on Saturday. We stopped at Smokey's, which was perfect. We used their beach chairs and enjoyed the water. There appears to be nothing else on this beach, so you can find a quiet place if you want.

This is a great beach to swim. The water is calm and you can walk out a fair ways before you can't touch the bottom. The umbrellas are only complimentary if you eat at the restaurant but the chair guy said just give him whatever tip you want. Be careful with that. Make sure that the chair guy doesn't double... More

This was my favorite swimming beach. The current and surf were gentle, so it was easy to swim here. The beach itself is gorgeous...soft white sand, stunning view across the bay. Complimentary loungers and umbrellas.
Took small boat from our house over to cove bay area and snorkeled for lobsters. A lot of fun and even better dinner! Earl and his friend taught us how to fund and snare them. Views were beautiful and waters very good for the day.
Cove bay was in a scenic area and of course the water beautiful. However with sooo many beaches in Anguilla it wouldnt be my first pick. Smokeys is down the way of cove bay.
