A bar/restaurant, nice water/beach and volleyball net...what else do you need? We enjoyed two hours on Sandy Island. I would have given it 5 star if the drinks and food prices were a little bit more reasonable...we had 2 rum drinks each, at $10 each, for a $40 tab. We passed on the food because of the high cost. The... More

My husband and I were on our honeymoon at the Viceroy Anguilla and really wanted to visit this adorable little island for an afternoon. We booked a boat ride to Sandy Island directly through their website a few days before and found our way to Sandy Ground, where, sure enough, a nice young man was there to take us on... More

The concierge at our hotel in St Barths recomended it as a day trip & claimed that the restaurant probably served some of the finest grilled lobster in the Caribbean! We were not disapointed... we chartered a boat from St Barths & after approx 2 hours we arrived at this enchanting oversized sand bar with a couple of huts &... More

Spent a few hours here, snorkeling and then relaxing with a Red Stripe and enjoying the island. Had appetizers on the beach that were good and reasonable. Definitely worth the price and trip.

If you are in Anguilla this is a most trip. A short boat ride, which is great, the island is small but great for meeting locals and other first timers. The food is also good, but watch the drinks, rum is cheaper then coke. You will have a great time. Bud Carter

Who doesn't want to get dropped off on a tiny island in the middle of the ocean that has swimming and snorkeling? We had a great morning and afternoon hanging out there. Food and Drink are very expensive, as our bill for two people was over $200. I will say that the food was perfect and large portions though, so... More

We went on a boat trip from Frangipani and were delighted with this sandy island. It really is a little stretch of sand in the middle of the ocean. Nice views of Anguilla, some good drinks and good food.

Sandy Island is a tiny, tiny speck of sand off of Sandy Ground consisting of, well, sand, a few trees and a beach shack. Do not be fooled--the food here is very good. We had ribs and chicken and the quality was equivalent to that on the mainland (Anguilla). The drinks, though expensive, are very good. And what can be... More

If you go to Anguilla, this is a must to do, with a 10 minutes cruise you get to this small island only with a bar restaurant and a beach volley field. Restaurant and boat team are incredible, happy people who really work with passion!!! The island is the best island i ever been in my lfe!
