Scilly Cay is a blight. The cay itself is little more than a cluster of rocks with a ridiculously small beach in a harbor full of fishing boats, which make the cleanliness of the water somewhat suspect. People either love or hate this place. The truth probably lies somewhere between the extremes. Are Eudoxie and Sandra wonderful hosts and lots of fun? You betcha. My husband and I when we were last there 2 years ago, it was the ONLY nice place to go in Anguilla.....We know the management, Eudoxie and his bride, Sandra are the ultimate hosts!!!!!!!!!And great food too!!! more
