Great little place. We booked for the winter deal and flew three beautiful owls- casper, dela and nadi. It was brilliant to have a chance to get up close to such wonderful birds and the handler was very friendly and knowledgable. After a good hour or more in the field flying the birds we were then offered a pot of... More

Great for kids to learn about birds of prey, get there in time to watch the flying displays either in the barn or out in the field, the good thing about this is that you get close up to the birds, the commitment for these birds by those working with them shows. The show we watched was outside and the... More

My Husband and I visited the Farm whilst on holiday in Exmoor. We had a fantastic day. So many friendly animals... The Owl and Falconry displays were excellent and the Falconer was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend.

I would love to be able to give a review for the Falconry and Animal Farm but we were put off by the appalling service before we even started. We arrived to have lunch first hoping to take three young excited children to see the animals. We ordered lunch; this is where things started to go wrong. You have to... More

We visited the Falconry centre for the taster day, 5 adults and 2 young children, age 5 and 2. We all had a really good day. Damian was our guide for the day and we walked alpacas and ponies to the stream at Bossington and back again, afterwards had an owl experience, very interesting followed by an excellent lunch. In... We visited in a small group of 4 adults exclusively to fly the owls and hawks; we were not disappointed! The young 19 year old bird handler Damion, clearly has empathy with these wild birds and they respond to his encouragement and feeding patterns. He has extensive knowledge way beyond his years gained because he keeps birds in aviaries at... More

We visited one really rainy day, so our enjoyment was marred... as we can tell that the experience is FAR better during good weather. So, this review is slightly tainted by the fact that we didn't get the 'full' experience. We thought that it was well worth a visit, although what made it really worthwhile was the flying of the... It was amazing having a hawk and owl flying towards me and settling on my hand! The staff are very enthusiastic and the displays are informative. Dela the owl is a real gem and loves performing for the crowds! Don't miss the little chapel by the entrance - it's beautiful inside.

I stayed at Exmoor Falconry over a year ago...but I've just spotted them on Tripadvisor and felt like I had to comment because I am SO surprised by any bad comments. I thought it was Fantastic! I stayed at their B&B for 6 days, spent 2 full days riding, and 2 full days doing the Falconry Course...and as an Australian... More

One only expected to spend a couple of hours but spent the day and could have stayed longer. The birds are obviously well cared for and the flights very interesting and informative. It was amazing to be able to fly them ourselves as well. I will definatley go again.
