Had a great time at the Grand Mirage after a full week in Bali, and this hotel has some pretty good food and drink options for the All-Inclusive. However, the value is really only realized if you book this place on their "Hot" special discounted rates. All star treatment throughout our stay. Be aware that the watersports become very limited... I chose this hotel for its beach and thalasso. Reception welcome lacked warmth and was not informative enough. We stayed 6 nights with our teenager. We have been to Bali a few times with 4-5* resorts. At Grand mirage, Relax by the beach is beautiful, quiet and clean. You can swim in the clear water. All kind of water sports... More

We stayed at this hotel in October. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was for what we paid for a 6 night stay with breakfast. Hotel and grounds very nice. Location next to the beach great. Plenty of room round pool area as we did go after school holidays definitely worth remembering when you book in Bali if you... More

we stayed for 5 nights the week after school hols in a deluxe garden view with free breakfast. Breakfast buffet was great, pool was nice (although people who stayed during school hols the week prior said it was too crowded), staff were very accommodating and friendly, good location, hourly shuttle to bali collection, close to great restaurant Bumbu Bali and... Before you write a review on this place, I'm pretty sure that this one is for the SPA and not for the hotel attached, which is the Grand Mirage Bali. It is quite confusing and something that the respective marketing teams could look at? I have been to Thalassotherapy before in a couple of different countries. This one was pretty... More

Our stay in Grand Mirage resort was something we never forget about. Beside a friendly staff and good service I should talk about good masseurs which after a long swim took me to the skies with their hands. The massage beds overlooking the ocean and the pool would provide you with a peaceful environment. If you stay in this hotel... More

Even though we were indulging ourselves with $6 daily massages across the road at the myria of massage shops, I booked two lymphatic drainage therapy massages (55 mins each) for $48, which with the 21% tax (folks, please just build it in and give us one flat price) at the spa while staying at the hotel which I heard was... This review is specifically for the Thalasso day spa, I will make a separate review of the grand mirage resort (which I really liked). The day spa did not live p to expectation at all. Given the price I expected an experience similar to day spas in Australia and elsewhere I have been to, and the service and experience here... More

We visited the Spa because we were guests at the Grand Mirage and had a free $100 voucher each to use. Fantastic facilities and staff. A lot more expensive than the street massage parlours but this is a quality set up

More expensive than what I can get in New Zealand and not as good. Have mentioned detail in hotel review of same date. Took four hour package which included meal. Food was bad.
