Loved the Grand Mirage and would definitely recommend the All Inclusive Package. Food is fantastic, so much choice and variation, loved the face the mimi bar is included as well as room service, not to forget two pieces of laundry per person per day. I stayed in the Ocean Suite, lovely room with plenty of space and so clean. I... More

We did not get all inclusive, we had a sea view room and breakfast. The room was lovely, we had a ground floor room and we could walk straight out to the pool and the beach. Beautiful sea views. The breakfast was fantastic, they have anything you want. Service was excellent, everyone was so helpful and lovely. Our favourite restaurant... More

Grand Mirage was perfect for our family vacation in Bali. Sure, it's not the swankiest hotel but it's clean, the staff is great and it has all the amenities we needed. Getting the all-inclusive package is totally worth it. It makes everything much easier, especially at meal time if you have picky eaters and family members with varying tastes. We... More

Had a fantastic time at this hotel. Rooms are very comfortable but a bit basic. The food in all restaurants are very good, particularly the junking. We did however try the chopsticks restaurant in the sister hotel, this is Chinese cuisine and is OK, but not great, but reasonable value. The all inclusive drinks package is very good with a... More

We stayed at the Grand Mirage in March 2014 and in March 2013. I remember the first time I saw the hotel, it was the only time (and i am fairly well travelled) that I have reached my holiday destination to find everything was exactly as described. We stayed All Inclusive both times and could not fault the food. We... More

This was the absolute best trip of my life and The Grande Mirage resort and staff are 100% responsible. The resort is excellent, food is amazing and the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't want for anything during my 8 days there. For sightseeing, the hotel arranged a driver of us--for 3 of us it was only... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Mirage, we got a good deal on an ocean view room, although they put us on the first floor and we couldn't really see the ocean and it was right next to the pool and restaurant - quite noisy - so we asked to move to the 3rd floor and they were very... More

I had a 4 night stay here at the end of May with my wife, son and his fiancée and 2 small children (1 & 3). We took the all inclusive option and deluxe ocean view rooms which were on the 3rd floor. On arrival the staff were all very friendly and we were taken to the VIP room to... More

We LOVED this hotel on our first visit in 2011! Ten family and friends had a perfect and memorable holiday. We came back again to the same beautiful place in May 2014 but the Grand Mirage was not as before; cutbacks in all areas very visible and disappointing for a supposed for five star resort. The bar that supposedly provided... More

We just completed our stay in Grand Mirage. Would say that this was one of the best stay we have had so far - kids friendly and very cordial staff. The staff and service was excellent. Each and everyone of the staff member has to be personally thanked for making this stay a memorable event for our family. The staff... More
