We booked to go to Turtle Island and ended up at Turtle Farm on the Benoa Peninsula. You could hold a turtle, an eagle, pat an iguana, and other animals which the kids loved. The staff were friendly and appeared passionate about turtles but the conditions the turtles were in could have been greatly improved.

You will get boat rides from Nusa Dua which will take you to the turtle island. These is an establishment which grows the turtles. There are many of them you can literally walk in between them and take one in your hand. Beware of your fingers while feeding them. Plan this trip in a lazy afternoon when you do not... More

The experience was wonderful. The staff great you as you arrive buy boat from another area, quite expensive to get in however battering does get you a better price, the turtles are well cared for and you are appointed a tour guide who takes photos of you with turtles from large to baby size and you get to hold one... Firstly this is one of the cheapest one hour tours you can do as a family. You get picked up from the beach in glass bottom boat & provided with bread to attract & feed the fish. Then it's off to Turtle Island where you provide a modest donation & get a personal guide who shows you the turtles ranging... More

Booked in a snorkelling trip and got offered this additional excursion to Turtle "Island". Basically we went out in a boat around the corner and anchored about 200m out from the beach and had to wade over rocks to the shore and pay 20k IDR to enter an animal hell hole. Don't need to add anything to what others have... More

This day was a total rip off! We paid $160 for snorkeling, glass bottom boat and turtle island. I was SICKENED to see the CRUELTY on turtle island and we saw 0 fish in the glass bottom boat and NO coral. Not worth the time or money. It should be shut down due to the horrible cruelty and lack of... More

Turtle island , a small island located at ‘Serangan’ area near Tanjung Benoa, Nusa Dua, is dedicated for turtle conservation. Our Tour Guide Panji arranged the journey from Tanjung Benoa, Nusa Dua to Turtle Island by Glass bottom boat. During the journey to Turtle Island you will see not too much corals or colorful fish ( as you would expect)... More
