My daughter was recommended to visit so off we went. Three adults and five children. It cost £35 and each bag of food was 50p. And they were decent sized bags which lasted. Looking at the other reviews I don't think I have the vocabulary to say more really. The farmer and in fact all the staff made it a... More

The farmer is a great personality who takes you around the farm and makes you feel at home instantly. It's just the right amount of time to hug and feed the lambs, hold a chick, stroke a 1 tonne bull, feed the chickens, learn about the farm, watch the milking, sheep sheering, but most of all it's entertaining. We were... More

Very simply, excellent fun for all the family. Our eleven year old daughter loved bottle feeding the lambs. The tour, given by the farmer, is informative, amusing and entertaining, keeping old and young involved. To watch the faces of the children (and adults) as they hold a chick, milk a cow or stroke a pig, was a privelage. A gem of... More

Had the most amazing time at Boydells yesterday! My eldest 9 was a bit reluctant at first as he thinks farms are boring but he admitted he had a really really good day!! My 3 year old who has a Development delay is usually petrified of social situations and is very Wary of animals that he doesn't know, but to... More

Lovely little farm with lots to do! My 3 year old daughter absolutely loved interaction with the animals and playing on the tractors. Staff are lovely & friendly and will help with any issues. Admission fees are very reasonable and we throughly enjoyed the afternoon. Will definitely be back!
