Adventure Cook Islands is Rarotonga's Dive and Adventure Specialist with a difference. Our PADI Dive Center team strives for excellence and we guarantee you some of the best diving our island has to offer. Our divemasters and instructors have many years of diving experience around the island and are amongst the most experienced dive guides on the island. We specialize in small groups for more personalised dive experiences rather than catering for the masses. Our Reef To See Dive and Snorkel Adventures include guided scuba dives to Rarotonga's best dive sites, PADI dive courses, intro dives, guided outer reef snorkel trips and freediving trips.

On land, our Island Way Adventures include Cook Islands Dance and Drum Lessons for small and bigger groups and Raemaru Mountain Treks.

To explore Rarotonga on your own, you can rent everything you need to explore the island from our Adventure Hire fleet: scooters, bicycles, kayaks, snorkel gear and bodyboards.

I've snorkelled in many places around the world and the Cook Islands are by far the most spectacular!!! The clarity of the water, the variety of coral and fishes species rivals the Great Barrier Reef. After spending nearly 3 hours snorkelling near Honeymoon island, I had to be "dragged" back into the boat unwillingly!! I took almost 150 underwater photos... More

Kia Orana Ala1960, Thank you for sharing your thoughts about snorkeling in the Cook Islands, I am very happy to hear that you had such a wonderful time in the water. However, I believe you must have mistaken our company with a company in Aitutaki (where Honeymoon Island is located) as we only operate in Rarotonga. Kind regards, Patrick More

The last time I was in Raro was 2002 and I dived with Cook Island Divers. As they are not diving at present I reviewed the four dive centres on Raro by asking around and Reef to See came out best. It was a great choice! 5 trips, 10 dives. Twice through the harbour and three times via the lagoon... More

The shallow lagoon and the warm, clear waters with its many marine species (lovely turtles, amazing eagle rays, impressive reef sharks, etc.) are perfect for beginners, as is Patrick as a trainer :) I did my OWD and always felt very well taken care of, fully comfortable as a diver, and loved all the different dive spots from drop off,... On my honeymoon in Cook Islands, I decided to give scuba diving a shot for the first time and it was really good fun. Patrick was a great instructor and was very patient when I was having trouble equalising on the way down in the ocean for the 15m depth dive. Highly recommend it if you are looking forward to... If you need to hire a scooter, bike, book a dive trip, these guys are the ones to see. Sean is outgoing and welcomes you with a big smile. The scooter I hired was fantastic for the time I needed it. I am looking forward to using their services again.

Our dive Instructor was Robert. He took two of us on two dives. The first "river of Sand" was a transition dive from a pristine coral floor with a huge variety of corals and reef fish (reef shark, lion fish, huge parrot fish, etc.) The second dive was a massive coral garden in which we saw every fish you could... I had two great dives out on the Rutaki Drop off and Papua Drop off with Patrick. He kindly picked me up from my accommodation and delivered me safely back. He is a really friendly guy who is a very experienced diver. The boat trip was very short to our dive sites so we spent more time in the water!... More

Went on the outer reef snorkeling trip, saw fantastic coral, moray eels, eagle rays and turtles. Snorkelled through passage to inner reef with whole range of fish to see. Would highly recommend this trip

Rented a scooter for two weeks (scooter as new, prices as low as I could really find), and Ck Isl license provided on my NZ Mtbk Learners without a test at the police station. Did my PADI dive course through Patrick and his other half (both lovely). That guy is extremely competent, a natural teacher and great guy in general.... More
