My husband and I had the most incredible evening at O vineyard during July. We were made welcome by Joe and Liz, the owners, were shown around the vineyard, tasted wine, and saw how the varietals were produced. Later, we dined en famille, with two Italian couples who had dropped by for dinner. Conversations flowed, as did delicious wine and... More

We werent quite sure what to expect but when we got there we enjoyed it from the word go - Joe is a really charming man and very knowledgeable about anything to do with wine. we got the full tour and it was fascinating to find out so much about how wine is made. Lovely white wine to start- gentle on the nose but beautiful body and smooth. Chasson. Joe has many blends- some of his best -les Americans, reserve, and best for me was stranger stranger. Great structure to this . If you like wines an experience with a skilled craftsman pouring his wines over 4 hours is a great treat. Highly recommended.

Joe and Liz treated us to all of their wines which are excellent. We enjoyed both whites and reds and blends. The wine itself is worth the trip.

Dear Joe and Liz Wow what an amazing afternoon. Thank you so much for a memorable time. The tour, the wine, the food and hospitality were just fabulous! The kids say the food was so so yummy and when they spoke to their grandparents this morning Milla could not stop talking about how good the food was and explained all... More

Fantastic and unique place to visit and stay. We got to taste so many of the vineyard's wine including the most expensive proprietors reserve. The food was fabulous and the room was huge and so comfy. I can't wait to go back.

Joe and his wines were excellent. Room ok. Breakfast had no choice and was of poor quality. Hospitality was poor from hostess. We felt that we were in the way after winning a 2 night stay in a competition. Left to our own devices for all of the stay and our planned itinerary was change to suit our hostess. One... More

We visited Joe and Liz over the Easter break for wine tasting and plat du jour. It was a fantastic experience. Joe and Liz are very hospitable and received us warmly including their dog muse who seemed very excited to see us! We had a tour of the winery and tasted some fantastic wines by Joe and then the food... More

My wife and I were in Carcassonne for a 5 day break and looking for a vineyard trip. Look no further - this one is excellent! We arrived by taxi ( don't drive there is lots of wine to drink) at mid-day. Almost 5 hours later we left - having had a tour of the vineyard, an explanation of the... More
