The tours are really great, with local people telling you the bath house history. Be sure to watch the historical movie near the gift shop before the free tour, then don't miss the short "how to take a bath" movie on the second floor. Makes you want to sign up for a massage right then.

The National Park Service has done a wonderful restoration of this bathhouse. It tells the history of these gorgeous buildings throughout the years. It's free and definitely worth a visit. Will take about an hour to see it all.

Nice self-guided tour on the bath experience. It's backwards (you start at the last part of cooling down). Good explanations on the signs. Be sure to see all the levels - basement and 3 floors. If you have never seen it...better yet touched it...this is a must...

It transported me back to my grandparents era and then some. It was fascinating to learn about the hot springs and how the generations before us took in the healing waters. The orientation video is old but very informative. Touring the old bathhouse and seeing the tubs, massage tables, and cooling rooms was great fun. The tile floors and stained...

Tour the Fordyce Bathhouse was once one of the most luxurious bath houses on the row. The National Park Service saved its fate and turned it into one of the most interesting visitor centers that I have been to. Make sure you see all three floors and the basement. There is an interesting view of the spring in the basement...
