We did the Jenny lake morning cruise for about an hour. What seemed to be high price however turned out to be money well spent due to the enthusiasm of our lake guide, who was a fund in information about many aspects of The Grand Tetons, particularly aspects to do with boating, climbing and hiking. He operated as a climbing... More

Watch your credit card charges! Over a month later we are still dealing with overcharges and refunds processed incorrectly. They canceled the scenic breakfast tour without telling anyone and we found out purely by accident upon arrival. (The water levels got too low which is not their fault but they could have called those who had prepaid!) We decided to... More

We took the breakfast cruise which was a great value compared to the regular scenic cruise and the food was fantastic. Fruit, yogurt, muffins, bagels and donuts served in a canoe. Then trout, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, hash brown type potatoes, and pancakes cooked and served fresh. We were some of the first in line so we had a full... More

Although we had to get up early for this cruise, it was a great way to enjoy the beauty of the Tetons and Jackson Lake while eating a nice breakfast.

Took the scenic lake cruise offered at Colter Bay Marina and can't say enough good things about it! The inside staff were all friendly and helpful. When we checked in, they mentioned there were no restrooms on the boat. Since my elderly mother has issues, we took advantage of being a little early and used the facilities before boarding. Once... We really enjoyed our breakfast cruise. We met at the marina early in the morning, and 2 boats went out. We were given a lesson on the nature of the surrounding area and the tour guide pointed out some glaciers. The scenery was beautiful and the lake was serene. It was mid June so very cold in the morning. The... More

I just spent 10 days in yellowstone and the grand tetons. trust me - grand teton lodge company is the ugly, inferior step sister to yellowstone and the Xanterra company that has that concesion contract in yellowstone. you have to cancel things 72 HOURS in advance with grand teton - NOT so with yellowstone. even when you do cancel -... The 90 minute tour at 10:45am was very relaxing. Some of the best pictures we took of the mountains are from the boat. The tour guide, Anne, was very knowledgeable, working as a summer job. Sitting outside on the boat was really nice, but you cannot hear the tour guide.

My husband and I recently went on the breakfast lake cruise out to Elk Island. We traveled with Captain Brent and First Mate Tony and they were great! Tony gave a great narrated tour on the water where we learned a lot about the history of the area. We stopped on Elk Island and were treated to a wonderful breakfast... More

We just got back from the dinner cruise and wanted to rate it before I forgot Captain Brent and 1st mate Tony! The night started out rainy and there were two boats scheduled to go-a wedding party on one and ours with 38 people They offered refunds for anyone who wished to cancel but assured us the rain was going...
