A view to remember!!

very busy national park hub, with several restraunts, laundrymat, & pay showers. Campground fills early so plan accordingly & be prepared to wait in line.

Good for a short early morning hike. Quiet and my favorite village in the park. Jenny Lake was overrated when we visited. Colter Bay had character and excitement. Camped here for three days, lovely staff and shops.

We absolutely loved hiking the 2-mile Landmark Trail from the Coulter Village Visitors Center. It circumvents Coulter Bay and a lovely peninsula with views of Jackson Lake from varied perspectives. It's advisable that you refrain from hiking alone and bring bear spray, just in case. Loved the hike and highly recommend! What a lovely Park. Thank you, NPS.

It was a beautiful place. But thanks to the park rangers extremely rude and snotty attitude I won't go back again. One particular female ranger disrespectful attitude ruined what should have been the vacation of my dreams. They need people working there that actually like being around people.

We stayed at the Village for a week in our fifth wheel - amazing views of Jackson Lake, and many amenities for checking out the area. They have a restaurant, store, camping sites and cabins, and provided fishing opportunities, lake cruises, and more. Would love to go back!!

We stayed in one of the charming historic Colter Bay Village log cabins for 4 nights. Our cabin was basic but clean, comfortable and spacious. With 2 large bedrooms (for 4) and a shared bathroom it offered good value for a family compared with the pricey hotels in the park. The bathroom was a little dated - the shower was... More

I enjoyed the Landmark hiking trail! It's about 2 miles and relatively easy and flat with good views!

We stayed in the cabin for 2 nights and it was fun. Colter Bay Village is really pretty, on the water with beautiful views. Laundry room and a grocery store are a plus!

Excellent camping, great general store. Public showers that are user friendly. Bring your own towel and soap or pay extra for theirs. Only includes hot water but no time limit. No togetherness however for couples.

Stayed two nights at Colter Bay Village on a recent trip to GTNP. This village has a well stocked General Store for backpackers or car campers. It has a nice gift shop that is loaded with all the clothing and gear you may need for a Teton outing. I thought the prices were comparable to the brand prices elsewhere. Compressed... More
