The Cabins are well built and each has a pleasant rustic, yet not rough appeal. The deer walked through the cabin neighborhood a couple times during our two day stay. In this area are several places to eat: a nice restuarant, a "grille", and you can get sandwiches and soft drinks at the store for your hike or picnic. The... More

The water level was too low for our dinner cruise, so we enjoyed a lake tour instead. Very informative and peaceful, we even saw wildlife on this scenic ride.

We stayed at Colter Bay Village lodge and were not impressed. I guess if you want to save a few dollars while you visiting the Grand Tetons this is your place. We were attracted by the pictures of Colter Bay; however, when got there the lake was down and the marina was closed. They do have an excellent restaurant, but... More

Most campsites are in a rustic setting, helping to blend with nature. Plenty of room in a forest setting. Must visit the lodge for a view of the lake and marina.

This Village is one of the most beautiful spots in Grand Teton. We spent the night in a cabin, had a great meal at the Ranch House. However, we walked down to see the marina, so beautifully pictured as we researched Teton before our visit. Surprisingly, the marina was bone dry. We discovered that the lake is lowered at the... What you won't discover (from the gtlc.com website) until you arrive is the cramped density of the full-hookup RV sites. The owners have squeezed 112 sites into just an acre or two (if that). While I own a modest unit, those with larger RVs are challenged to navigate into their assigned space. I live in Colorado and have visited numerous... More

Yep, that good. Great sites in the trees, next to the lake. Spots could be a little more level, but everyone I saw got their rigs leveled. There is the largest campground store I've ever seen. They have fresh fruit, fresh meat, plus full selection of canned goods, camping supplies, etc. There are two restaurants at the campground. One sort... More

The lake was very low when we were there, so part of the experience was less than stellar. However, they can't control the rain. :) Despite the low water levels, the views were AMAZING, and the visitor center staff were exceedingly helpful. There are some accessible trails nearby. Nice, family-friendly stop.

This is a beautiful place to visit and stay. The cabins are rustic, but are what travelers should expect when staying in a national park. There are two restaurants. One caters to the burger crowd , while the upper is more upscale. I particularly liked the breakfast. The waiters went out of their way to accommodate the food allergists in... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in a motorhome. It was beautiful. The best place we stayed during our rv trip. It had much better facilities than Yellowstone's RV park. If we could do it all over again, we'd spend more time in Grand Teton and less in Yellowstone. It was a very short walk to the bay with amazing... More
