The sunset is nice here but it is also nice at several other points including Mather point (also crowded) and various points along the Desert View drive.

Don't miss the sunset here. It's magnificent. Lovely place to meet other travelers and talk about other places not to be missed.

We took the bus to Hopi Point and watched the sunset. Amazing view but a little chilly in March. It's worth it to have one person keep your place in line for the bus ride back. You might not all get on the bus and have to wait for the next one.

Decent sunset views but I think there are better ones along the Desert View drive like Lipan and Grandview

Take your time and enjoy the view. As the sun moves, the shadows and the light changes the view. Simply stunning.

This is a must see place! Take the hermits rest bus to get there. Beautiful view, check for the condors, great spot to see the Colorado river below!

this is a beautiful place to enjoy. Relax and let it all soak in. Great photo opportunities if you want, but just letting go and enjoying the place is really more important. buy a postcard--their photos are better anyway

Its a very open point from where you can admire the view of the canyon . Its my fav . point . we went there for sunset and sunrise .
