My Husband and I did a two night, three day trek in the South rim of the Grand Canyon towards the end of October. We spent 5 weeks on the West Coast of America and hands down this was the ultimate highlight of our trip. Our guide was Ron and we had 3 other trekkers in our group. We were... More

I did a Wildland trip with my parents in may 2014. We spent 3 nights out in the escalante national monument in Utah. The whole trip was incredible! Our guide was helpful and wonderful, our journey was beautiful and rewarding, and the entire experience was truly amazing. I hope to go on another Wildland trip again soon, and would recommend... Fantastic trip with great company and an accomplished guide who humoured us the whole way despite our dreadful singing ( necessary distraction going up hill at times). Food is brilliant including a turkey dinner the week before Thanksgiving. Quite strenuous but very rewarding and quite manageable if you do the training and break in your boots before hand. Views are... More

I joined a 4 day 3 night trek into the Canyon on the New Hance Loop. From the very beginning the service provided by Wildland Trekking was second to none! No detail was forgotten and every question or concern I had was dealt with immediately. Our guides, Myriam and Cody were fantastic! They catered to us as if we were... More

This was a trek to remember a lifetime. Our guides, Julia and Ana Marie, took all the guess work and anxiety out of the trip so we could focus on the beauty and majesty of the Grand Canyon. The lunch they prepared at Cedar Ridge was as awesome as the backdrop of the Canyon. I was especially impressed with the... More

I would recommend Wildland Trekking and the South Kaibab day hike for anyone like me. At age 50 and in less than fit shape, I was rather nervous about the hike. That, plus the thin air at alititude, make this a challenging hike, but a life experience nonetheless. The guides were fantastic! We lucked out in having two guides that... More

A fantastic and seamless experience from the time we booked with Wildland Trekking right through to when our guide dropped us off at our hotel at the conclusion of the hike. Our guide Russ took care of our every need and was thoroughly professional. Without hesitation, I'd recommend Wildland Trekking to anyone wanting an outdoor experience.

We experienced the fantastic Grand Canyon by undertaking a three -day mule-assisted trek with the Wildland Trekking Company. Our guide, Doug, made sure we made the most of the trek and inspired us with confidence that we would manage what I thought might be a daunting challenge. We were a small group of mixed ages and nationalities, and Doug made... More
