I'm a wanna be wildnerness girl and wanted to take my 14 year old son on an adventure. Since I was not entirely sure what I would need to bring on a backpacking trip, I started doing some research and found Wildland Trekking. I had no idea that guided backpacking trips were a thing and it was right up my... More

So many people I talked to about the Grand Canyon seemed to describe driving up to an observation deck, looking at it dir a few minutes, and then going out to dinner. My family and I wanted to do something different, something that challenged us, something that gave us a real sense of the Grand Canyon. At the same time,... More

We hiked the rim to rim from the north side to the south side at the middel of June 2015. Our tourguide was Myriam and she was the best guide we could have hoped for. We were very concerned about the heat wave but Myriam made sure that we were equipped for the heat and we started our days very... More

Elaine our guide was outstanding as we had never hiked down the Grand Canyon. While we only went down to the first rest station and then back up, the walk was challenging and worth the effort. Elaine was informative and helpful as we made our way back up on Bright Angel Trail.

This trip went off without a hitch. Our guides Mike and Brian were everything I could have asked for and more. They were fun, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The hikes were beautiful (physically demanding for sure - be in good shape) and the guides made sure we were well fed and hydrated through out. We loved working with this company... More

The Havasupai Falls trip through Wildland was an incredible adventure! We (4 sisters and husbands) spent 4 days and 3 nights exploring the area and swimming in the falls. Our guides, Dakota and Emily, were knowledgeable, fun, and great chefs! We will definitely use Wildland again!

This was an adventure of a life time. We spent 4 days and 3 nights in the Havasu Falls area of the Grand Canyon with two guides, Mike and Brian from Wildland Treking. They made sure we were able to be safe while still experiencing the depths of the canyon. They took us to places we otherwise wouldn't have known... More

We did a 4 day 3 nite Base Camp Tour of the North Rim Grand Canyon thru Wildland Trekking. This is a great way to see the North Rim. This was our second trip thru Wildland Trekking, although in a different area/venue. The guides were very knowledgeable in the nature and geology of the area. In addition, they provided great... This was our first visit to the Grand Canyon and we couldn't be more pleased. Our guide, Drew was fun, energetic and very informative. We had 3 full days of hiking and we wouldn't change a thing!
