Charming waterfall(s) falling into a beautiful natural pool - with the majestic Grand Canyon as a mighty frame. What a place the Havasupai tribe chose to live - even though life must have been hard at times, nature's beauty must have compensated for some of the wear & tear !

The Falls are a place that everyone should experience.
I went numerous times in high school, and want my kids to experience it as well.
But be warned, the customer service provided by the Tribe is atrocious. They have ten different phone numbers, but no voice mail, - and they won't coordinate between departments and barely willing to answer questions,...

This is the most beautiful place on earth. You should not miss this experience. I am not a camper at all and I generally do not like the desert. It is breathtaking down there. The falls are more incredible than you can imagine. Standing in front of them and feeling the power ot them while marveling at the incredible beauty....

My dad and I took a father-daughter trip to Havasu right before my wedding, and it was one of the most memorable trips of my life - I will cherish it forever.
The hike into Havasupai Village is quite long and HOT depending on the time of year you go (we were there in early September and it was ghastly...

I visited the Havasupai Falls with a friend, over the long weekend, with just a one night stay at the Supai lodge. Leaving late from Williams, AZ, we got to the Hilltop around 1pm. The 60 miles drive from US66 to Hilltop is very easy (very good road quality). At the Hilltop there were about 100 cars parked everywhere, even...

I just got back from a 3 day trip to visit the Havasupai Falls. My group of 8 (all adults from age 25 to 60's) met in Peach Springs, AZ and stayed the night in the only hotel. We left before sunrise to make the 1 hour drive to the trailhead.
HIKING ADVICE: If you want to enjoy the hike,...

My wife and I enjoy hikes and waterfalls...well, this place catered to both of those pleasures...
We actually stayed in the Havasupai reservation; which I wrote a review of as well.
The waterfalls were everything we had expected and more. We went to them each day and joined the locals in swimming in the pools of water (Felt like ~75°F)...

This was my 3rd trip to the grand canyon (previously did rim tours and day hikes). This time we decided to include a 3 day camping trip to Havasupai falls with Takeawalkabout tours out of Flagstaff (they are simply the best by a country mile). My wife and I (early 40's) were travelling with our 11 year old son and...

It took 8 miles from the parking lot to Supai village (in Indian reservation) and another 2 miles to Havasupai Fall (a.k.a Havasu Fall) but well worth the trip. It's a natural wonder and you could swim all seasons because water temperature is around 70 F. Our enemy is flood down in that area changing the water flow all the...
