We participated in a free, ranger-led, slough slog. It was an amazing way to experience the Everglades! The water was surprizingly clean! In the ranger led adventure, the ranger will bring you out through the slough to a cypress hammock. The entire time, our ranger gave us information about the everglades and let us ask questions.
