My mom really wanted to go the Music of Denali, so we agreed to go to make her happy. Our expectations were low. You sit at long tables and are served family style. All of the food was delicious especially the beef brisket! Our server, Molly, was very attentive and so sweet and fun. After dinner, the servers became the... More

This was a good way to eat dinner and enjoy a musical show. The show performers double as the waiters. The all-you-can-eat food was average including roast beef, salmon and veggies. The show was above average and was about Mt McKinley. Adult beverages were available for an additional charge. The only downside was that you had to walk through a... More

Had a free evening so we booked this through Holland America. Family style dinner in a theater in the McKinley Chalet resort, easy walk if you're staying there. The servers are the performers so the service is high energy, raucous, and fun. Food's actually pretty good...salad, mashed potatoes, BBQ brisket and salmon, veggies and an apple crisp dessert. A couple... More

We attended the musical at the end of the day after touring and it was just the right touch. Actors double as wait staff and engage the audience from start to finish. The meal is generous and prices comparable to the surrounding restaurants. The show was corny and an entertaining way to share the history of the area. Salmon was... More

Your waiters/waitresses double as the performers. Good amount of audience participation. Food was ok, plenty & served family style. Show lasted 1 hr. Theater doubles as their breakfast buffet dining room. It was included in our Lodge package. An enjoyable evening.

The musical performance was really good, the food selection was right for the occasion but one must think about the audience as a whole. Maybe offer a vegetable thats not full of pimentos or other garnish. That ruined the corn. Brisket and Salmon were great! Very relaxing for sure and a great way to settle in to Mt. McKinley Lodge

This is a such a blast from the past. The dinners are served family style at long tables. Food is quite good, particularly the salmon and the cobbler. The wait staff are also the actors, and they're quite good at both roles. The play, a musical history of the mountain, isn't Broadway grade, but it's funny, and everyone is clearly... More

We did not pre-book this attraction so we had to wait at the theater while they seated everyone else before they could see if they had available seats (their entire internet was down at the time so no on-line access). We did eventually get seated at a communal table (with no-one that we knew) - the cost of $140.50 for... More

Fun and musical evening, enjoyed by all ages! The cast of this theater is so charming and talented, and they made for a wonderful and fun evening! The dinner was plentiful and the apple crisp dessert was the best part!

This experience was included in our Princess Escorted Tour package so we were very much looking forward to it. Unfortunately the weather was quite warm during the days we were at the Denali Lodge. The theater was full to capacity for our dinner show and that, combined with the heat, made it quite uncomfortable. I don't know what the temperature... More
