The place was awesome. I still remember that in the winter there were patches of snow(not much but it was there). My father said kids you can say you played in the snow in Death Valley. If you've done all the touristy things in Death Valley, it'd be fun to take a trip down to Skidoo Ghost town. There's not much left of it but still it's a cool place to visit.

gotta know where it is, have to walk a bit, but well worth it; most of mill intact. fences. govt has tried to stabilize.

I love the Skidoo ghost town. I love it for the scenery and the alone-ness. I'm always intrigued by the metal netting covering one of the mine pits. Nice to just lumber around and investigate the area.
