Magnificent views and great visitor center

This is one of the best views in Canyonlands area. The visitor center is the best. With the Colorado in the scene it makes for wonderful photos. Be prepared for the wind.

You will have to pay $10 to get in but it's well worth it. Just the overlook is breathtaking. Bring a great camera and take lots of pictures it is a stunning sight to see. Make sure to hold on to your hats it can get extremely windy up there.

Beautiful hike. For an easy day, walk the rim, it's pretty flat and great for many levels. Small info center with a informative movie is worth a watch.

Dead Horse Point is completely worth the $10 entry fee - it's a great place to cool down after wandering around Canyonlands. Stop by the visitor center for a couple of initial pictures and then drive up to Dead Horse Point. Along the way you'll be presented with incredible views of what is considered the Grand Canyon of Utah. One... More

Great views of the Colorado River. Location of the film "The Greatest Story Ever Told". Look down on the Schafer Trail. Sunset pictures here can be amazing

One of the unsung hero locations of the SW. Utah Parks do a great job on their camp sites. Views of Canyon Lands and Gooseneck are the best! Get there early in the AM for best photos! Be aware you are at elevation so do not do heavy exercise unless you are fit! The views are some of the best... More

Stopped by on the way to Canyonlands National Park and I am so happy that we did. In the early morning was a little bit foggy so we had to come back in the afternoon. The views are spectacular and you can also see the Potassium Lakes Mine. It is an amazing place and it is worth the additional 8miles... More

We took a tip from another biker and took a side trip here while visiting Canyonlands. It's an incredible view and a short ride.
