I took my college age daughter with me on a two hour ride into Bryce Canyon and was very apprehensive due to my fear of heights. We went for it anyway and are so glad we did! The view was beautiful, we learned a lot, and we LOVED our cute guide Tuff. Loved it!!!

Had an awesome time on the Canyon Trail Rides. Our cowboy JB was great - constantly making sure everyone was doing okay and not having any issues with their ride. We did the 3 1/2 hour ride which takes you all through the canyon - definitely the best way to see Bryce! If you don't ride often you will be... More

Since I have a heart condition, hiking was not an option. Riding the horse Comanche was a perfect fit for me. We toured Bryce Canyon on the 2 hr ride, and the beauty and excitement around each bend in the trail exceeded the last view!! My husband was a reluctant horseback participant and even he was thrilled with the trip!... More

The absolute best way to see the North Rim when time is limited. Professional and super friendly staff from start to finish. Cowboy Kevin was the best, didn't rush and made sure you had time to snap great photos. He even took a few of us and with us. TOP NOTCH!!

Last weekend my boyfriend and I went on the three hour ride. The guides Hunter (female) and Jim were great. Jim is a nobodies cowboy and Hunter is a rancher. They know a lot about horses, Jim has a lot (maybe too many) jokes, and their different personalities balance each other out and give something for everyone. Even as a... More

Had a great ride with Canyon Trail Rides. Great staff, great horses and great scenery. A must do if you are visiting the park and have limited time to hike. Let the horses do the work and you will get a variety of gorgeous views on horseback.

Instead of a day long hike into the canyon take this ride for a different view of the canyon. Prior reviews said it was a little scary but not at all. Just breath taking scenery!!

The horseback/mule ride is the best way to see the most of Bryce Canyon. Horses are gentle and know the trail so all you really have to do is enjoy the ride. Guides are well versed in the area and good with the horses. Horses appear healthy and happy. We couldn't have hiked the amount of miles that we covered... More

Wow, this ride exceeded expectations. Yes, we had read the reviews before going to Bryce Canyon and everything we read about the trail ride was true, but you have to experience it for yourself. The mules/horses have been well screened for temperament, well trained and cared for. I got the sense that the cowboys who escort the trail rides have... More

Only Canyon Trail Rides will get you physically in and around the hoodoos. The mules and horses are happy and healthy. The tours run like a well oiled machine. It is a trail ride, nose to tail, but you are traversing a national park so you shouldn't expect anything else. Skills and size are matched to a particular animal. Hank,... More
