great point and also, you can easily camp in there. In fact, we were camping somewhere else, but as we passed (in the middle of June!), the spots were still available! only a short stroll form the Sunset Point. if you camp, camp in there, rather than in the teepees to the right of the road as you enter the... This is the most popular and populated point in Bryce simply because it is the first stop, its conveniently close to the parking lot it has the most noted spot(for me), Thor's Hammer and it is the starting point of the hike down into the canyon. Its not a hard hike going down as the switchbacks are frequent and makes... More

This is my secnd favourite lookout point in the park, highly recommended as a first stop in the park, I did not read up on the park, so make up your own mind before listening to this advise:-)

We have found that when the sun is setting, the rays spray across the hoodoos and bring out the best in color. At actual sunset there can be shadows and you will lose some color. An easy access from the parking area and it is just as beautiful in the morning when the sun highlights the opposite side of the... More

What a great view, crystal blue sky's, and rock ablaze with amazing colors. You drive almost to the edge so its super convenient. Early in the day the sun dramatically recomposes the scene below, slowly altering the hues in the Hoodoos. Its mesmerizing and peaceful. A must see!

Awesome for sunsets or night shots from the ledge. Navajo Loop Trails starts from here. It's a steep walk up but worth it. Not too crowded in November.

So don't expect to actually watch the sun set here. The sunset is actually occurring behind you. That said, the evening light throws gorgeous colors and shadows onto the incredible hoodoos of Bryce Amphitheater. The awesome colors cast onto clouds by the sunset make for some really nice photos. The Navajo Loop Trail starts here and it's pretty easy to... More

We walked a few trails in the Park and drove to most (10+0 major View points along the Scenic Drive and we found the trail between Sunset Point and Sunrise Point the one offering the most spectacular views of the Canyon . It is also the easiest and the one offering the most sitting areas !

We went here after inspiration and I didn't think it could get any better. We sat on a bench at the edge and had no words to describe the awe in front of us. Go early and avoid the crowds. We started at 7:30am and were here by 10am and it was just getting busy.
