During our tour of Bryce Canyon, my wife and I parked at Sunset Point after enjoying a light snack lunch at a small picnic area off the main park road. After enjoying the wonderful sights from this area, we hiked along the canyon Rim Trail to Sunset Point.

For me, this area of the National Park has the most to offer. The views from the observation area are likely the best in the park. If you have any time, or ability do yourself a favor and take the Navajo Loop hike. It is only 1.3 miles, but you will see more there than almost anywhere else for the... More

It's impossible to decide which is the “best” single observation point at Bryce. Certainly the conditions influence that. For me: sunrise on a cool morning early or late in the season. No bus tours (or if there are buses, the busloads are well-behaved and respectful that others would like a peaceful time there), just the right amounts of clouds in... More

This site was so crowded when we first tried to see it, we went back to the park specifically to see it. Well worth the trouble,

Great stop to see amazing formations. We were lucky enough to hear one of the tour guides explain this really isn't a canyon but rather a plateau that has been eroded by the limestone constantly freezing and thawing. There is no rock climbing in the park as the ground is loose and slippery.

On a recent trip to Bryce Canyon, I decided that the view of Bryce Canyon from Sunset Point is one of the best! It's very accessible from the parking lot and is one of the first views of Bryce that you'll see; so, sometimes I think it is taken for granted because it is just right there to see when... More

Bryce Canyon is one of the best parks of all national parks. The views are just unbelievable. I was speechless. Breath taking views. I took over 300 pictures. And I look at them often.

I loved all about Bryce Canyon National Park, so it's hard to come up with negative or positive that I wouldn't be repeating myself
