Spent two days visiting Arches, and it is not just the beauty and spectacle of the arches, but the overall landscape that stands out. The park is best covered by a mix of drives and hikes. The Windows Arches and the Double Arch are spectacular, and you can climb up inside the Double Arch. Another good hike is to the... More

Delicate Arch is the breathtaking arch seen on the Utah license plates--the most iconic and dramatic arch in the park. The actual trail to it is very doable even with the rock ledge at the end. I have a lot of trouble with drop offs and was expecting not to be able to do this trek, but it turned out... More

The drive thru the National Park was spectacular . We stopped at all the sites and hiked down a few of the trails. The views were breath taking. Will most definitely go back our next trip to this area.

My son and I went to the Moab area to take in the sights of Arches NP and Canyonlands NP. Given all the things to see and do at Arches we decided to simply come back to the area at another time to do Canyonlands. There is something for everyone here. A $10 per car entrance fee (good for multiple... More

Very unique in rock formations, take time to hike (if you are able to) to the different formations as they are very eat to see up close. This place is for all ages to enjoy as we seen a vast assortment of ages hiking or driving to the diffeent stopping place. Well worth the the day that we spent there.

Before going there we knew it would be a place that you can only truly appreciate after going there. We went at the start of tourist season, so still not too many people and not too hot. We did the short hike to the windows and the longer hike to delicate arch. Our friend who lives in Moab encouraged us... More

Arches is one of my two favorite parks in Utah and I highly recommend the experience. Driving through beautiful rock formations and being that close to nature is a great reminder of how small our time on this earth has been. The visitor's center offers an amazing film about the creation of this beautiful place so stop there first to... More

Beautiful and unusual formations, I was there at spring break so hundreds of people there but everyone was very friendly and polite, if sunburned. Lots of nice short hikes.

The Arches National Park is absolutely incredible. We spent an entire day here, arriving early in the morning to take advantage of the smaller crowds. The hike to Delicate Arch was our first stop and we nearly had the trail to ourselves, the cool morning was a plus. After the initial ascent from near the parking area, the trail evens... More
