Took Mr. Rockefeller's Bridge Tour. Be prepared to sit in a slow moving carriage for a few hours. The view is worth it. Our guide was knowledgeable. The tour of the bridges took us to places we would not have found by ourselves or even known to look for. more

We took the two hour bridges tour on Sept 15th and thoroughly enjoyed it. Heidi was our driver and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were lucky to be placed next to her which gave us a great view of everything. It was a beautiful day and a very relaxing ride - hated to see it end. I would definitely... more

My sisters and I took the Bridge tour this past June and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was very informative. Our driver, Charley, was excellent. He is very knowledgeable, humourous and really kept our interest! I would definitely take another carriage ride on my next trip if we can request the same driver. more

My husband and I have taken several sunset carriage rides to the summit of Day Mountain. Our guides have always provided in-depth information about what we were viewing during the ride and the history of Mount Desert Island, Acadia National Park, and the surrounding areas.
