Given that we were birding in late August, our guide had a challenge finding *many* birds. However, he was very knowledgeable about birding and he was also very good at explaining basics to the beginners in the group. We went birding with the guide from the Nature Center. He was prepared and presented interesting commentary. We did see a number of birds on the walk. We stayed in the harbor area and on the Shore path.

Bring along your binoculars and Bird Book, because you are in for a treat if you take pretty much any of the trails in the Park. There are a variety of birds who live here year-round and many who stop by on their way to Canada or down south for the winter. There are Eagles, Peregrine Falcons, Chickadees, Pine Siskens,... More
