We had a terrific experience at the IT cooking school and it was one of the best days that we spent in Tuscany. Guiditta is a perfect instructor and we really enjoyed our time with her and with each other. It could have been a real challenge--all seven of us had varied in levels of experience, from three early-teens to... More

This cooking class with Guiditta was such a great experience! My friend and I learned to make pasta from scratch, a few sauces, lasagna and tiramisu. Giuditta gave us some good tips on the sequence of events (e.g. when to add salt to your sauce) and was very knowledgeable and accomodating. Afterwards we got to eat the meal on a... More

While visiting Chianti our family (my husband, his grandparents, great uncle and me--no kids) took a class at IT cooking school. It was a fantastic experience! We made brushetta, Tuscan lasagna (including the pasta from scratch) and tiramisu. All of if was delicious! Everyone in the group is an experienced home cook, and we all learned a lot. (That said,... We decided to book a one day cooking course with itCooking at Villa Montagnola and had a great time. Giuditta our instructor was amazing, very experienced with great hints and tips as well as being warm and welcoming and having a great sense of humour! We cooked traditional italian dishes and since returning home have tried these out. I really... More

I have always wanted to learn to cook the Italian way, and dreamt of this in a beautiful Tuscan setting. I booked with ItCooking after reviewing a number of options online. From the onset, the ItCooking team offered a professional and customised approach to booking my holiday... Costanza worked with me to design a perfect programme with a blend of... More

This is a long overdue review, but it is nonetheless deserved. I spent a week with friends learning to cook from Giuditta. She was friendly, warm, and most of all an amazing teacher. She broke down all the recipes into manageable steps, and made cooking fun and entertaining. (And she was able to put up with our wacky group.) It... More

What a wonderful evening! We made lasagna, bruschetta and tiramisu from scratch. I had never made homemade pasta before and had so much fun that I had ordered the Atlas pasta maker on Amazon before I even left Tuscany! (Guiditta: since then I made ravioli and thanks to your suggestions and hints, it was great!) Guiditta had it timed such... More

This cooking class with Guiditta was a highlight of our trip to Italy this September. We were impressed with Guiditta's organization and presentation of "our lesson"! We made a zucchini and gorganzola lasagna, an eggplant parmegian and a torta della nonna for dessert. It was all excellent and her timely help and tips were well received during our lesson. We... My two teenage girls and I had a great time making a gourmet lunch with Giudetta. Not only did she teach my girls how to be efficient in the kitchen, she was also patient and very kind. We made bruschetta, lasagna and tiramisu, all from scratch and it was the best and most memorable meal of our vacation! My husband... More
