A wonderful class with excellent tuition, fast pace and very useful tips. Terri is warm and friendly and guides you to achieve noteworthy and speedy results without any fussiness or conceit. I thoroughly recommend the French 2 class or any of Terri's cooking classes. Oh and we ate a very enjoyable lunch after from the fruits of our easy and... More

I had a wonderful time learning how to cook some staple French cuisine with Terri. There was no pressure whatsoever to get involved, though you do get more out of it if you do! There was only a small group of us and it was interesting working with people I'd never met. We cooked 8 courses, which were all amazing,... More

As a first time participant in this type of class, I'm impressed. There was no pressure to do anything that one felt uncomfortable with - just do what you wanted. The food was great (Mod Oz), and the helpful tips on where to easily find things (lemon myrtle teabags was a favourite of mine) was much appreciated. And the best... More

This is my second visit to Mt Tamborine Cooking school and it didn't disappoint one bit. Today we cooked a great selection of Australian inspired foods. I learnt some new skills, got to try some new foods and enjoyed a great feast of the foods we cooked. Terry prepares a fantastic selection of foods which the guests assist in preparing.... More

The technique in the cooking was more beginners class and not too much hands on. I felt the class would have been better off to be divided off to have for example three people doing say two dishes each from start to finish and to really experience the finished product. I have attended several cooking classes over many years and... More

Hi Debbie, we are sorry that your expected something else. Everything you mentioned is what other guests like and keep coming back for. The relaxed atmosphere, there is no pressure to perform, guests can do as much or as little as they like in the class. Trying new things and making the recipes quicker and easier to prepare is always... More
