Terri and her husband are lovely people who make you feel relaxed and at ease. We've been to the Greek and Moroccan cooking classes. Both excellent. Terri is a wonderful and open person willing to share any and all tips and tricks. No question is a silly question.

I've learned some fabulous new dishes to create for family and friends and am looking forward to attending again soon with other family members. This is a must whilst on the Gold Coast! Terri is a wonderful hostess who gently led us through preparing a wonderful lunch that we then got to eat - what a bonus! We were able to ask lots of questions that Terri handled with great ease, and her experience as a chef was obvious. Great working kitchen and lovely dining area with a magnificent view. Can't think of... More

I had a wonderful time learning how to cook some staple French cuisine with Terri. There was no pressure whatsoever to get involved, though you do get more out of it if you do! There was only a small group of us and it was interesting working with people I'd never met. We cooked 8 courses, which were all amazing,... More

As a first time participant in this type of class, I'm impressed. There was no pressure to do anything that one felt uncomfortable with - just do what you wanted. The food was great (Mod Oz), and the helpful tips on where to easily find things (lemon myrtle teabags was a favourite of mine) was much appreciated. And the best... More
