We have had the pleasure of trying out several of Terri's excellent cooking classes over the years including Mediterranean, Italian & French so we were keen to try out something new & different with our Light Asian class which we thoroughly enjoyed. We had fun being involved in the cooking & assembly of a considerable range of dishes from Vietnamese... More

With much anticipation 5 of us (20 somethings, middle age and one 80+ year old) made the trek up to Mt Tamborine to enjoy a cooking class with the delightful hostess and owner, Terri. We were not disappointed and everything you read is true. You're welcomed into this beautiful home with stunning views and gardens to be as hands on... More

If you enjoy, cooking, food or just learning something new, then this is a must do. Amazing setting on top Mount Tamborine, fab food and a wonderful and knowledgable teacher. You couldn't ask for more. Check it out for yourself or give a gift voucher to someone you love. I did the Asian Cooking class and although I cook Asian... More

Thank you to Terri for a wonderful evening for our recent corporate event. All of our staff loved participating in cooking the food and then enjoying the magnificent views as we ate. I would definitely recommend this for any business or group looking for spend time team building in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

I went to the Italian experience with a friend. ...8 courses later with a few good tips on knife usage, quick cheats for ravioli and risotto, and introduced to new pasta ideas, I was very happy to take home new recipes that I'd successfully cooked and enjoyed consuming. I thought it was definitely good value for money. Terry was very... More

A thoroughly enjoyable experience from beginning to end! Terri shows you how to cook a broad range of delights using farm fresh produce and simple techniques. You then get to dine on your dishes with great company, wine and views. For a foodie this is a wonderful day out.

We had a wonderful day cooking French food, learning some techniques then sitting down and eating our food and sampling some local wine. Terri was a wonderful hostess and chef extraordinaire. I loved that we used all the local produce and we even got some tips on where to find some more. The garden are magnificent with a spectacular view.... More

I have now done two of Terri's classes and have had a great time at both. Terri makes you feel welcome the moment you walk into her door with morning tea on the Gazebo and then you get right into the cooking. Everyone has the chance to prepare and cook several courses and then you sit down and enjoy what... More
