Great beach

More laid back than Noosa with less people, real surf with the safety of a patrolled beach - worth a visit.

This is a secret gem - one of those special little out of the way eateries you occasionally come across. Nothing ever changes, always consistent and low priced. Quality 100%

We love Perigian. A beautiful oasis not far from Brisbane. The beach is beautiful and there is patrols. The only thing is the beach is not a sheltered one like Noosa so you are a little more effected by the elements. Some won't mind this though...

Peregian Beach on the Sunshine is popular for surfers and swimmers and not far from the beach is the Peregian Shopping Centre. This beach is one of the Sunshine Coast's hidden treasures.

This area is so picturesque! No throngs of tourists, just lovely people everywhere. The beach is beautiful and the village is small and intimate with amenities to please everyone. I liked the fact that it wasn't too commercial and yet it still had loads of holiday accommodation. The attractions at nearby Noosa are accessible with little effort.

This place is all about seaside holidays from the past. All very relaxed and carefree and perfect for young children. The beach is beautiful with Life Savers A little but interesting shopping hub is across from the beach. If you need a large supermarket, you may have to head to Coolum or Noosa. The rest of your needs should be... More

Great beach for relaxing, swimming and/or surfing. This is a quiet spot to relax with the kids, although there wasn't shower facilities or toilets. Perfect for watching the sun come up in the morning!

We stopped at Peregian Beach for a look around and a bit of a walk with friends, after lunching in the local area. It is located at the southernmost point of the Noosa region just after Marcus beach and only a small detour off of the Sunshine Motorway. A more secluded, almost private beach with hardly anyone around. Perfect!

Came here after Cyclone Marcia. Lots of debris and sea foam . Sea too rough to swim in. Everyone very cheerful and chatty . A good place to enjoy a very long walk.

Very few beach goers, part-patrolled beach. Beach was great for a long, uninterrupted walk. Peregain Surf Club was closed!
