A very distinctive valley, and the warm welcome of the Yao people make this a nice getaway from Shaoguan. The traditional, colorful clothes, and the exuberant dancing they perform is fun to experience. The river and valley are beautiful, and the steep slopes lined with planting terraces makes for excellent dreamy gazing and admiration. They will kind of 'herd' you... More

A great location, but you do feel a bit hijacked by the "traditional entertainment" The village itself, and the new village across the road are very interesting indeed!
