To the west of Shaoguan, in Ruyuan county, sitting at the foot of Cibei Peak, is the sprawling Yunmen Temple. It has a history of over 1000 years, originally built in 923. It is one the five grand sects of the Zen School of Buddhism. Beautiful surroundings, and has nice walks up the mountain behind it. Not too far of... More
