The elephants looked well cared for which was encouraging as some of the places we had seen en route looked circus like at best. The elephant ride was good and their mahouts appeared to have a good relationship with 'their' elephants. Our teenage kids really enjoyed themselves and was the highlight of their trip so far.

We had a great morning at Siam safari, staff were excellent and really informative. particularly Jao? Getting to ride a elephant was awesome, and they appeared well cared for. Lunch was good. A nice relaxing time.

Our family had a most enjoyable experience with Siam Safari today. We were concerned about the animals' welfare and read the reviews here to confirm that previous customers were happy with the care that the elephants received. We can confirm that these animals seem very well looked after. We loved meeting the small elephants and feeding them (they like corn... More

Wow what an experience. The tour itself was the most interesting part of the day. Our tour guide was knowledgeable since she was from the local area. You could ask her any question and she provide a excellent response in clear English. The Elephant Trek was also fun and an excellent view at the top of the mountain. Then the... More

We were mainly going for the Elephant ride, and were a little unsure of the rest of the days activities. But what a great day we had. Learning how rubber is made, and how to make coconut cream, and cook with Thai spices was good fun. Try the coffee, i do not drink coffee at all, but absolutely loved it.... More

First we learn about how they use coconut and how they make rice. We then have a little buffalo? ride. Then they showed us where the rubber come from. And how they make it. Then we saw the baby Elefant and older Elefant, some bought food and feed them. We took Many pictures. Elefant ride it self was amazing. Thank... More

We spent an amazing day at Siam Safari. We purchased the 45 minute elephant ride and enjoyed every moment of it. We also loved feeding the baby elephants and taking great pictures with them. The place was pleasant, elephants seemed well cared for and the staff was competent. Truly a once in a lifetime experience!

Outstanding! Once and a lifetime experience. Easy to book with reliable pickup and drop off. Excellent tour guide (Au Au). She was friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and very professional! There are other Elephant tours in Phuket, but they do not match the service and experience that Siam Safari!

We went on this tour on a day where we were recovering from sunburn and couldn't go out in the sun. We adorned light cotton pants and tops , sprayed ourselves with insect repellent and headed to the hotel foyer where we were picked up by air conditioned taxi. A short time later , 15 mins we were at the... More

Was reluctant to take part in this due to animal treatment etc, however, previous reviews persuaded me to try and was very thankful. Location is beautiful, guides are informative and show a genuine passion towards their job, their countries traditions and the animals of course. We had fun, learnt a lot and enjoyed the day and the elephants seemed very... More
