The restaurant outside of the park was nice. Very friendly people inside. We then went around to the back side and found a beach area. Beautiful photo ops here. Very jagged rocks, but if you are careful you can climb them to see absolute beauty! Plus you can also see the lighthouse from here as well. Their is a lagoon... More

The lighthouse it very beautiful and overlooks a great beach. It's not really worth paying to spend much time on the grounds, though. Maybe if you have young kids who will like the water park.

The view of the lighthouse and ocean are beautiful. The mini zoo is sad, dirty and run down and the animals did not appear to be in good condition.

Great historical place to visit specially with kids. They are the ones who get a great kick out of this area. Drive straight from San Juan with the family and has fun. Ride, aquarium, Lighthouse and tons of fun.

I visited the Arecibo lighthouse back in February and although the main grounds are well kept, as you keep on walking around the park, the signs of disrepair are obvious. And paying $12.00 for what is a poorly maintained park with a closed lighthouse, the few interesting things are just not worth the price of admission. One is better off... More

The light house and the boardwalk are very beautiful attractions and are well kept. The mock indian village, kind of need some sprucing up as well as the Pirate's Cave. They are a nice Idea but are due some updates. The Wooden Ships and the small amusement park turns out to be an ideal playground for small kids. Take the... More

I went with my family to this place that I have visit in the past a 2 or 3 times. First the price if to high for a place. $12 each adult and $10 for kids. I paid almost $50. The lack of maintenance in the small aquarium the zoo and the surroundings are really visible. There are no tour... More

You pay 12 dollars to see horribly mistreated animals, a creepy pirate exhibit with a depressing aquarium in the middle of it. No historical information. Not much to see. Just horrible.

The park has a playground and exhibits that small children might enjoy but the lighthouse and museum were not worth the $10 admission fee. The lighthouse museum lacked exhibits and had little historical information. Disappointing!

Is a great place to take you kids in a fun experience, this is one of the first lighthouses on the island and is very well preserved. This is a must place to visit when you go to Arecibo!
